  1. Hey All, Thanks for reaching out! @vegemite I'll DM you directly and we can go from there.
  2. @HighUser Thanks for reaching out, and @jefito, thanks for trying to help! We actually had a small glitch on the support site that was blocking users from being able to make a selection from the dropdown menus, or the support site would appear blank. We believe we've fixed this issue, so you should now be able to successfully open a support ticket. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you need any further assistance!
  3. @martymankins Thank you for reaching out! It looks like they were able to provide you with further assistance via the ticket. However, feel free to reach out to me via DM if you have any other questions!
  4. Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! As this is a question about payment, please see the following:
  5. Hey All, There are so many things you can put in a new note, it’s hard to know where to begin. We’re working to change that. In this installment of Evernote Behind the Scenes, CEO Ian Small chats with Aiden, a product design manager, about upcoming changes to the all-important “New Note” button. This small adjustment will make note creation more consistent and intuitive across mobile platforms. Subscribe to our channel to follow the journey, and join the conversation on the Evernote Forum!
  6. Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! When Evernote attempts to connect to the Internet for syncing purposes, it uses the operating system's default browser Internet settings. The easiest way to check that these settings are configured properly is to visit the following two URLs using Internet explorer: http://www.evernote.com/Login.action https://www.evernote.com/Login.action Evernote utilizes TCP ports 80 and 443 for connection to Evernote's web service, so both of these ports need to be accessible by the Evernote application. If you're unable to access either of the URLs mentioned above via web browser, it's unlikely the Evernote desktop application will be able to sync successfully. If you're unable to sync at your office, it's possible that your employer's IT security policy is disallowing access to services like Evernote. If you're unsure, contact your company's IT department for clarification.
  7. Hi All, An app is only as good as the infrastructure it’s built upon. And we’re doing our best to make sure Evernote’s foundation remains solid. In this installment of Evernote Behind the Scenes, CEO Ian Small chats with Ankur, a senior engineer at Evernote, about the work he and his team are doing to manage the vast network of servers underpinning Evernote. By improving how data is stored and retrieved, they’re ensuring a more stable and reliable service for everyone!
  8. Hi All, I do my best to limit any censoring of content, but unfortunately, this thread seems to have run off the rails from it's original topic quite a bit. In this case, I'm going to lock the thread. I'll leave it open to still be viewed as I am sure there is some good, relevant information here. I'm not going to point any fingers, but please refrain from taking a thread off-topic, and keep any personal discussions in the direct messages. I'd prefer to not have to take any restrictive actions. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions!
  9. Hi all, We were recently advised by LinkedIn that they are making changes to their infrastructure. Unfortunately, this means that after mid-July, third-party apps like Evernote and Scannable will no longer have any access to LinkedIn data. What does this mean? Any LinkedIn profile information you’ve already added to a note will remain. But you won’t be able to see a LinkedIn user’s details, or connect with them, when you scan a new business card in Evernote. You’ll also lose the ability to add content from your own LinkedIn profile to your Evernote account, or see LinkedIn information using our Context feature. What will happen? Within the next couple of weeks, we’ll be rolling out updates for iOS and Android that will remove the LinkedIn connection. You don’t need to take any specific action other than keeping your app up to date. Mac and Windows updates are currently available. If you haven’t updated your mobile app by mid-July (or if you’re using a desktop app) you’ll still see the option to connect to LinkedIn when you scan a business card, but nothing will happen. Despite these changes, we want to be clear about one thing: business card scanning is not going away. You’ll still be able to: Take a picture of a business card and save it in Evernote Add the person to contacts on your mobile device Email your own info to the person Find the business card later using Evernote’s text recognition feature The LinkedIn integration was an awesome feature and we’re sorry to see it go. But we’re still committed to helping you work smarter and keep your life organized. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me directly!

  18. Hi All, Thanks for reaching out, and for sharing your feedback! The ability to move a note to a different notebook is a function of the Web Client, and not the Editor experience. In this case, I'm going to move this thread to a more appropriate location, but let me know if you have any other questions!
  19. @sjachille Thank you for your feedback! For the purposes of this forum, we're looking to focus on the editor experience. That being said, I'm moving this thread to a more appropriate location. However, please continue to share any feedback related to the editor experience here, and any general feedback in our product feedback sections of the forum. Thanks!
  20. @Daryush @sjachille @Larry_C @Enrico Nahler Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding notebooks on the side bar! In this case, I'm going to move this thread to our product feedback area as it pertains more so to a general request. 24. Hi All, You may have noticed that all threads requesting Inline Tags/Anchor Points have been merged into this thread, regardless of platform specificity. (This is a separate request from the ability password protect the Evernote App itself) This was done in order to better enable us to quantify and qualify user requests, and amplify their voice. While this does not mean this is a feature that will be coming, we certainly want to relay user feedback/sentiment to our various teams. Moving forward, please put all commentary and votes for Inline Tags/Anchor Points here!
  25. Hi All, You may have noticed that all threads requesting the ability to use text collapse/outlining have been merged into this thread, regardless of platform specificity. This was done in order to better enable us to quantify and qualify user requests, and amplify their voice. While this does not mean this is a feature that will be coming, we certainly want to relay user feedback/sentiment to our various teams.
