The support page would not load previously, it would come up the the support categories and then the page was blank. I manually edited the url and it managed to load. Not sure what happened. I am confident that support will help me out. Thanks everyone for your replies.

Hi, I have tried evernote for a day or two. Decided to cancel it as it is not the right program at this stage. I was charged the annual fee yesterday. I have tried to contact evernote but the site is not responding. Can someone from evernote please contact me. Thanks
