  1. I'm not sure I understand. Evernote allows you to connect one calendar, which includes all the individual views you have created in that calendar. If you subscribed to an external ICS calendar which is displayed in your personal calendar as an additional view, you can see it under 'others' when you choose which views to display...
  2. ? Evernote 10.89.2 is, according to them, the latest version... https://evernote.com/release-notes
  3. ...And yet I can create a new note on my desktop using a unique tag name and see the same note magically appear on my Android tablet more or less in real time. It's also tagged correctly, though searches don't work immediately, presumably because it takes a little longer to re-sync/ recreate the search index than it does a new note. I saved the search and while typing this reply, a search now finds my tablet note without issues. Just sayin'
  4. If a subscription has already been paid, There are no refunds; but if a user can meet the verification requirements they could certainly then go to https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action (it's the 'Billing' page of the online account) and check out the very bottom of the page, just above "Terms of Service". 'Cancel your Evernote subscription' is there - choosing it will downgrade the account to Free. Once at that level, the user can re-subscribe as a student using the link already quoted.
  5. Hi. You've presumably connected your Google calendar to Evernote - are the holidays not automatically included? If you have a Professional account it's possible to add more calendars... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500009437482-Google-and-Outlook-Calendar-integration-overview
  6. As I suggested - try reducing or removing the security in your browser, at least while to you log into the app...
  7. Hi. Have you tried the 'forgot password' service via Evernote.com? If you have logged in on several devices and don't see any notes, the most likely explanation is that you have been using the wrong use details... As long as you still have access to the email address registered with Evernote you should be able to reset the details easily.
  8. When attempting to sign in, do you see the 'captcha' screens? Evernote now asks you to prove you're human by picking an 'odd one out' image - with several repeats. If you're not seeing those images, your browser may have a security setting or a pop-up blocker which is preventing you completing the login.
  9. The Forums here are supported by other users - we don't have any more information than you see in this thread. As far as I know very few users are completely locked out of the Support system in the same way you apparently are. If we didn't already suggest it - you could try 'X', the Evernote Product Lead is quite active there... https://x.com/fedesimio
  10. I just signed out and then back in again to see where things could go wrong. The only thing I can see is that no-one mentioned the Captcha marathon yet (I needed to make about 6 choices to be approved as human...) if people aren't seeing that at all, maybe pop-up blockers are the issue.
  11. Is it mean of me that I want a year view and a schedule view that shows all the entries for each day/ week / month / year? I agree this is nice though - am about to leverage Events and Tasks to reorganise my reminder system. I hope...
  12. Hmmn. I doubt receiving the Marketing ads is optional - if you feel they're too frequent then you could (theoretically) complain to CS, but you're unlikely to see any reduction in the number. It's odd that you have such a problem in getting through to the Support team though. Evernote's Product Lead is rather active on 'X' if you want to message him there... https://x.com/fedesimio
  13. Have you been taken through the 'are you human?' process? There should be a series of pop-up odd-one-out captchas. If you're not seeing the extra windows, you may have a pop-up blocker interfering with your sign-in.
  14. I have the same version of Windows, but no problem with signing in - can you access your account using a mobile, or via the web client?
  15. Hi. Sorry - I'm not an iOS person; but there are others around who may be able to advise you better. Are you sure you're within the file size/ note size/ and upload limits of your account? Check out this page for information... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209006107-View-your-Evernote-account-information
  16. Hi. Device? OS & Evernote version numbers? Size of photo? Size of note (if any) before upload?
  17. OK - alternate, but longer solution; (not practical for large notebooks!) Export 100 notes at a time into separate ENEX files. At least one batch will fail. Tag failures for later and complete the rest of the notebook. Then try the failure group(s) 50 notes at a time... repeat with smaller numbers until you're left with a small enough batch that you can create new notes for all of them. I'd suggest you also report this to Support if you haven't already.
  18. That should be all of them - I use a Chrome-based browser called Thorium which works for me. Have you tried access via the help pages? https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us
  19. Maybe feed that back to Evernote? (Mainly other users here...)
  20. ...and 6 years ago, he probably did. Things (and owners) have changed since then. Do you have access to Evernote on a mobile? It's possible to create a Support query via Settings on a mobile app.
  21. If you access your gmail via a web page, web clipper or a third-party option may be available. Or a mail can be sent direct to the Evernote account address...
  22. Hi all. Please try uninstalling Evernote from your device / power off and back on / re-download latest version from the Play store and re-install. If that fails, your next step is to contact Support - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us - or behind the Settings option on your mobile. Please specify your device and Android versions. Patience is required. Meantime you may be able to access on Tablet or via the web client if your device has a big enough screen.
