  1. If they're all from Evernote you have a problem. Evernotes are every couple of weeks, not multiple times a day. I'd suggest uninstalling your local copy with Revo uninstaller free and downloading the latest version from Evernote.com.
  2. Hi. If you're clicking on a link inside a browser, have you tried clearing your local cache? It's also possible that your database index has somehow been damaged, which requires a clean reinstall. I take it you're not a Teams (business) user?
  3. That has never been the case. Evernote staff would occasionally comment that a particular issue was under review, but for specific responses to individual issues it has always been necessary to raise a support ticket.
  4. Moved the discussion to the web client forum.
  5. Hi. Please specify the device plus OS, browser and Evernote version numbers. Do you use Apple or Google log-in?
  6. As you already found, there's a 'plain text' option. There doesn't appear to be a default, so you'd need to change each entry as you come to use it - a one-time overhead which is a nuisance but not the end of the world. We're other users here, so you should feed this back to Evernote or raise it with Support so they're aware...
  7. For any definitive answer please contact Evernote direct - we're only other users around here. Even Evernote's new owners may not be able to deal with past history - the service has been around for 20 years or so and has been hosted by various companies. To the best of my belief all notes are behind strong firewalls, published or not. To gain access you must be an approved guest, or be in possession of a publicly shared URL. Even so, AFAIK the notes are not indexed anywhere. I have published notes under both categories and have consistently been unable to find them with web searches since forever.
  8. If this is a bug, no individual resolutions will be available - someone has to work out how and why the issue is occurring and fix it.
  9. Not sure what you are expecting - if this is an issue affecting only your account, you'll hear more if you deal with any queries raised in their acknowledgment; if it's an issue reported by you and hundreds or thousands of other users, they'll find and fix it as soon as they can.
  10. Hi. Both work for me - if you're having issues I can only suggest that you contact Support (who are not us) and be prepared to share some activity logs with them to try to evaluate exactly what's happening...
  11. If devices is not the issue, how about this... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/29147324292243-What-to-do-if-you-re-being-logged-out-immediately-from-Evernote-Web
  12. Hi. If you create a new note, or click inside an existing one, the edit toolbar will appear, including the blue "+". While you can share images on a mobile device direct to Evernote, you'd need to view an image in Google Photos and then use Evernote Clipper to send the image to a note.
  13. "Somehow" Evernote wound up in your trash - and that's Evernote's fault?
  14. Hi. Please raise this with Support https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (be very patient for a response) or feed it back to feedback@evernote.com.
  15. Hi. I'd suggest you raise this with Support https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (be very patient for a response) or feed it back to feedback@evernote.com.
  16. Hi. Have you tried to log in to both an installed app and the web version at Evernote.com? Do you subscribe, or are you a free user? If you're not a subscriber you may have exceeded the new limits detailed here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/23565231682323-Note-and-notebook-limits-in-Evernote-Free-December-2023 The 'easy' way out of any issues is probably to subscribe, paying monthly if you can; you'll then be able to resolve your issues, decide whether Evernote is worth the cost and either export your data or continue ubscribing.
  17. In Evernote Windows try F10 (or the hover-over left arrow at the bottom of the left panel) to collapse the view to this. (There are pop-up labels for the icons if you forget which is which...)
  18. Hi. How? Apple (for some reason) don't have great functionality with Evernote. To add handwritten notes you need a different app, or a different process - take notes on paper and photograph the result, or use a different note process - The 'best' way to capture and OCR handwriting may depend on your personal usage - would you prefer to use paper and scan the results? A smart pen or pad? A separate mobile app syncing back to Evernote? You should do an internet search for your budget, OS and available devices, but other Evernote users have suggested these options: 🔹Goodnotes - https://www.goodnotes.com (save OCR'd PDF to Evernote) 🔹Livescribe - https://uk.livescribe.com/ 🔹Nebo - https://www.nebo.app 🔹Wacom - https://www.wacom.com/en-gb 🔹Physical reusable notebooks (never lose power or signal) can also be synced or scanned into Evernote - https://www.shelf.guide/best-reusable-notebooks/ for more...
  19. Hi. Reported many times already - please see other threads for details.
  20. I tend to keep my plans for World Domination on paper anyway - anything that's online is at risk; it's down to individual judgement (or lack of it) as to how you protect your interests...
  21. Individual devices are far more likely to suffer a ransomware attack than Evernote's servers, and I'd think Evernote is the best protected of all note taking services. Don't see there's much to worry about here...
  22. Hmmn. There's also the tasks view which has some filter options...
  23. The list would be fairly easy to create with a saved search though... not sure about the date order...
  24. I'd suggest you feed it back to Evernote or raise it with Support for more timely intervention - we're mainly other users here...
