Hi. How? Apple (for some reason) don't have great functionality with Evernote. To add handwritten notes you need a different app, or a different process - take notes on paper and photograph the result, or use a different note process -
The 'best' way to capture and OCR handwriting may depend on your personal usage - would you prefer to use paper and scan the results? A smart pen or pad? A separate mobile app syncing back to Evernote?
