  1. Hi. Have you emptied the trash notebook on both devices and synced them with the server?
  2. Hi. Integrate how? Evernote publishes their API so other providers can supply add-ins. You may be better off asking Grammarly whether they have any plans in that direction.
  3. These Forums are mainly user 2 user - subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps Can you quote the search terms you're looking for here? Don't know if any of this helps... http://dev.evernote.com/doc/articles/search_grammar.php
  4. Hi. If you genuinely are an Evernote Teams user, then see https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new. If not, device / OS / Evernote version?
  5. Hi. Contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new for support or use the help/ feedback link from one of the mobile apps. If you have issues with that see also https://twitter.com/evernotehelps. If you deleted the notebook normally, the notes should still be in your Trash folder, though you'd have to recreate the notebook.
  6. Hi. Have you contacted https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new ? Changing an email address in one account should be simple; but if the new address shows as 'already in use' you may have a second account created in error. You'll need to free up that new address for use in the original account, or use a different address instead.
  7. Entirely your choice, but your payment details are 100% available to you at all times here - https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action
  8. Hi. We're a (mainly) user2user forum, so no timetables here - and Evernote generally tend not to comment on project timelines anyway. You could use the feedback option in any version of the client, or feed your need back to Support... https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  9. Hmmn. Sorry about that. Sometimes the old fixes are the best... sometimes...
  10. Just to be clear: do you want to "attach" a note or notebook (they're not 'folders') from Evernote to an outbound email? Copy the share link from the note or notebook and add it to your email. The recipient(s) will be able to see the contents as a web page - but if they're not Evernote users you might want to supply some detailed instructions in the enclosing email. Your notes and notebooks are part of the overall database, so can't be viewed with file explorer The Outlook add-in is intended (where it's available) to allow you to copy an incoming email into an Evernote note. The installed Outlook add-in is not available in Evernote v10, though it does still work in Legacy. You can see a list of notebooks to choose the destination for your copy email; you can't see any other content or notes.
  11. Hi. Click on any bit of the new window you can see and use the Windows key plus an arrow key to jump it back onto the main screen. Once you have that layout, File > Exit the app and restart it. That should 'lock' the new setup in place. If it's a known issue though, you may have to wait for Evernote to fix it.
  12. Hi. This is a mainly user 2 user forum - for a definitive answer you'd need to talk to Support; but from our experience there's no difference in features - the Windows store just wraps the app in a Windows Store format and ties updates to that system. WIth the Evernote direct versions you get updates and alerts as soon as they are issued - and maybe a little faster than via a Windows approval process.
  13. Give it an hour or so to build up the search index and generally housekeep a new installation, and use cautiously for a day or so - there's no 'ding' when it's ready. The setup period depends on your database size and connection speed.
  14. No one is dismissing that you have one or more odd entries in the access listing, or that they should not be there. There are lots of possibilities, but the actual reason for such entries, as I've said at least twice now, is unknown. We're all users so far in this thread, so all you have is guesses and opinions. Unless there's a way around 2FA it is most unlikely that someone had actual access to your notes. As Security is looking into this, we'll know more about this and any other options in a few days. Meantime, if you haven't already, change your password to something unique and complicated, or (because they're easier to remember) a short phrase with your own spelling like "Un1qu3 & Kompl1c4t3D".
  15. Evernote have a ton of recent v10 short 'how to' videos on YouTube
  16. Hi. It does occasionally happen that an update fails for some reason - the (relatively) easy fix being to uninstall / restart the device and reinstall from Evernote.com. If that doesn't fix things, subscribers can contact Support here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new everyone else gets us or https://twitter.com/evernotehelps
  17. Hi. How about asking some questions here? If you're a Free user there's no email or chat support - your options are either https://twitter.com/evernotehelps or us. (We are quite good, honest...)
  18. Hi. Just to be difficult I use Adobe OCR. My system is to scan without OCR to a folder on my desktop. My ScanSnap (a venerable S1500) has an option to scan to folder, and as part of that operation it will allow me to name the file to be saved. I add my title - which is a combination of date (of the document, not the scan) / type (letter / receipt / leaflet) / name (of the author/ originator) / keywords (anything that seems helpful) - and save. Saving to folder means I can fix any errors, merge or edit contents and generally tidy up my files. Once I have finished scanning I then import all the files into Acrobat for a batch OCR, which completes while I do something else. Then I dump all the files into an Import Folder which sucks them into my default folder, and Filterize will then tag and move them to the appropriate notebook(s). I've used ABBY in the past and don't remember it making two files, and ScanSnap is normally pretty good at OCR - I just avoid that because each scan then takes a little longer to complete. My ScanSnap though does generate one normal, searchable PDF file. I'd suggest you have a look at the settings on your software and maybe talk to their help teams to improve the performance. There maybe someone else here who uses an iX600 who can comment more contructively...
  19. There's also an external app - Filterize - which works (they say) with both old and new versions of Evernote. It can change various note parameters, add tags and change headings. Not sure whether it can change the created date, but it may be worth looking into if you lack any easier solution...
  20. OK - enough with the off-topic trolling. It's STILL the case that we don't know what happened here. Since the sources of your allegations are not available I have to assume that they're fiction. If anyone has any remaining concerns or doubts, please take it up with Evernote - the next post will (I hope) be -directly or indirectly- an answer from Evernote.
