  2. Hi. I'm still running a pre-legacy public version in Windows 10 and a Legacy version in Win 11 alongside EN v10, and I don't currently have any sync issues. Legacy having been deprecated, there won't be any updates to it, but most other apps will still get their regular boost. It may be that something else changed on your system or in your network, but it wouldn't appear to be Evernote... This should still be relevant.. Tips for troubleshooting syncing issues
  3. Hi. Are you able to download the image from the note to your Samsung? Can you then open the file? -Just trying to see whether the image is not being synced from the server, or whether it is synced but is not visible in the note...
  4. My fault - I should have said "Have you checked the Trash notebook" - any deleted notes or notebooks should be stored in their in case of mistakes.

Some requests with many more votes still haven't been implemented but it can't hurt to add as many votes here as possible. Evernote still has a lot to do with its product - I'm sure they'll still be adding new features in 5 years time. You may be able to get this one a little higher up the list.

  8. Hi. If you were recording via Evernote you would have had to start an Audio note - but if you did other things in Evernote while you were meeting, or your meeting audio exceeded the free storage space available, the note may have closed. Look for a recently created note to check - but if the app closed itself or had a fault, your incomplete recording would have been dumped to temporary memory and if the device has been powered off since, it will have been lost. Not helpful I know, but while I love Evernote I always use a proper Audio app for recordings and save the output as WAV or MP3 files to my note.
  9. The usual reason for this sort of thing is that it's easy to accidentally create a new account and you may have logged into a new 'empty' account. If you're a 'free' user, it's also possible that you have exceeded the device limit and you're not authorised to access your account through whatever device you used. If you'd like more (and maybe helpful) comment, what device, OS and Evernote version are you using?

  13. Hi. I assume you're not a Teams user despite the thread you posted in. Please confirm your device, OS and Evernote version. And have you checked the 'deleted' notebook yet?
  14. The only option that gives you a one-button solution would be to buy a sheet-fed scanner. There are no apps (that I'm aware of).
  15. Hi. The usual reason for this sort of thing is you logging in with different details and inadvertently opening a new 'empty' account. If your notes are syncing between your iPhone and your Mac you're already using two devices on your free account, so should not be able to use the web version (which is also a 'device') as well. You have a limited number of chances to swop devices around. If you have been locked out of changes until the end of the month your only options are to wait, or to subscribe.   16. As far as I know, you're the first person to find this limit a problem. And while I sympathise with the frustration, we're mostly other users here - you'll get more practical help if you contact Evernote Support directly - and who knows: they may even agree that it's time to increase that note limit. I doubt they've even been asked before... EDIT: Also, I merged your other post here. Please don't post twice on the same subject.
  17. Update: Restarted the PC and rebuilt the database - and search seems to have left the building. An intitle:<keyword> search gets me 4 results if I use the search box and 10 if I use Ctrl+Q. From a quick visual count, the correct answer is closer to 20! Support ticket on the way... #3581476
  18. I had a selection of notes to go into a new notebook, but I was picking out of a list of 50 or so notes including the keyword and only needed just over a dozen that were actually relevant. I tagged the relevant notes with the name of the new notebook, then did a search for the tag to get a clean list. "No notes found." I found the tag correctly set up in the left panel and showing (14) notes tagged. Clicked it. "No notes found". ?? Ctrl+Q'd a search for the tag name and my 14 notes turned up. Restarted Evernote - no change. Tried clicking other tags and searching for some older ones - Anyone else got any comments? TIA for any constructive suggestions... EN 10.45.18-win-ddl-public (3683) on Windows 11 desktop. I'll go for the device restart in a bit, and rebuild some indexes. If that doesn't fix it I'll hail support!

  20. I did. And their first suggestion was: to kill any third party access I had allowed - which seemed to be the issue in other users' experience here. But you haven't apparently given them any chance to work out why and how this happened - because you already dismissed other apps... If you want it fixed - you need to help fix it.
  21. As suggested earlier - I'd propose that you contact Support and let them sort it out. I'm not having any issues with images of any (legal) size, collected by any of several methods.
  22. Looks like what you have is a basic PDF file which is just a series of images of the pages of your document. It's possible to OCR (optical character read) those pages into a searchable PDF so that you can find and highlight individual words. This is a PDF file I have in my database, opened in an external PDF reader. I can copy the yellow highlighted area.
  23. Hi. Have you raised this with Support, and do you know for certain what caused your notes to be marked as 'shared'?
