  1. Hi. Contact Support via https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us (mostly users here)
  2. Hi. Try via the help centre - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us
  3. Hi. Not the usual experience. Contact Support via https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us (mostly other users here)
  4. Hi. Try scanning to a desktop folder and then moves files manually to an Import Folder. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us
  5. Hi. You're complaining to other users here - please contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us directly.
  6. Hi. What you see is all there is unless Evernote makes a change (we're mostly other users here) - please contact them - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us
  7. Usually a sign that you made a mistake logging in and accidentally created a new account. Log out and try again?
  8. True. After three years of increasingly urgent warnings, Evernote removed the old server settings. Your synced notes however are still on the server, and if your old app still works locally, you should be able to export any unsynced notes to ENEX files and import them into the account via v10. (There are a couple of threads in the forums here where the Legacy app is still working without a server connection.)
  9. Fixed in 10.82.2 - and there's a newer version still I think - see Evernote.com
  10. I suspect someone has signed up for a new account and wants to zoom through the first 5 posts being monitored before being unleashed on the rest of us - or someone is testing a bot to see whether it works... (but shhh - posting dumb stuff gets you monitored more closely anyway just in case there's any bad intent - don't tell anyone!)
  11. <Sigh> AI botspeak? Really? (And this topic is a year old)
  12. Hi. What do you use your app for? If you're sending images or web clips to the app you can use your Evernote email address to share information from Android 8 with your account without needing the app. If you're looking up information from your notes I'm afraid v10 will not work with Android 8 however you install it. It will work with Android 9 and above. If you have an old device with a large enough screen you could use the web browser to view notes from Evernote.com
  13. Hi. Thanks for your advice. Your installation appears to be broken or you are signing out of your account each day rather than just closing the account. The app will auto-update as and when new versions are available, which should be every 7-10 days unless there is a critical error.
  14. Hi. I doubt it's a simple fix to add the time too, but please contact Evernote to suggest the idea - we're mainly users here. Duplicate notes should be something of a rarity since the servers were upgraded - can you give us some more information about where this is happening? Your device, OS and Evernote version would help, too.
  15. Collapsed sections are new, as you can see. If you expand the sections and re-share, does that help? Meantime we're mainly users here - please contact Support so they can feed this back to the developers. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  16. Hi. Your English is very good! What OS does your tablet run? What version number of Evernote do you have?
  17. The bullet isn't being rendered properly - try signing out and back in or a restart?
  18. Evernote will tidy this up when they can - mine disappeared days ago without me using the calendar link.
  19. Hi. The new UI is new and unfamiliar. GIven time you may get used to it. If you have any specific queries we'll be glad to help if we can. Meantime it's v10 or the competition. Your choice.
  20. Hi. Please contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new for a refund.
  21. Ah. Those widgets! -I hadn't actually noticed, but I agree: there's no longer a specific reminders list. There is still a shortcuts list though so the searches may still do the job.
