  1. Hmmn. Try uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller Free which will clear out any temporary files that Evernote might have saved somewhere... and if you're not on Evernote v10.83.5, try another download to update before reinstall..
  2. AFAIK it depends where you got the URL from and how fully formatted it is. Typing "evernote.com" into a note gets me an automatically formatted working link to https://evernote.com (I'm on Win11 Desktop, Evernote 10.83.5). What are the details of your device and where are you copying from?
  3. If you lot spent half as much time on actually being productive as you do on scheming to resurrect a Zombie app you could be twice as efficient... and given that most of the start-ups seem to have spent at least a couple of years getting their initial code together, your chances of developing some thing new (that actually works as you want it to) seem quite low. Still good luck to you all.
  4. I removed an incorrect (and pointless) AI bot quote here.
  5. I don't believe the available discounts go that high...
  6. Just wondered if this was a browser-based issue.. Sorry - no real clue what might be going on here - you're running a resource-intensive app in a limited power system using a non-optimal browser. Maybe try a Linux forum?
  7. Try uninstalling what you have with AppCleaner and reinstall?
  8. Hi. Legacy by this point is deprecated (as of 4 years ago) and disconnected. If you logged out of the app I doubt you can get back in. What were the files that did not sync? Did you have a local (unsynced) notebook, or are these part of your main database?
  9. Latest version is (currently) 10.83.4 - how is your client logging into his two accounts? I have a primary Professional account and a couple if Basic test accounts. When I open my primary account I don't have to log into it, and I have links to my other accounts which will open if required. I 'quit' from my accounts rather than signing out. If there is another error it may be best to uninstall the app, using Revo Uninstaller (Win) or Appcleaner (Mac) to ensure a clean reinstall. (De select 'save my data on this device) Download the latest version and reinstall, leaving Evernote running for as long as possible to re-download the local data and recreate the infrastructure. It will temporarily be a little slow while this happens.
  10. Hi. Firstly this is a mainly user-supported Forum. While Evernote staff do read these posts there's no telling whether or when they will get around to it - and even if they do read an item it's very rare for them to reply here, because they will likely need some confidential information from the user and this is a very public forum. If you need help or want a personal response - contact Support direct via https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us Second - Evernote has rewritten the server-side architecture a number of times so probably had other priorities - there were and still are various ways to export notebooks individually to ENEX, HTML or PDF including a Github solution discussed elsewhere in the forums. Your data is pretty safe with a complete copy of your notes and all their individual histories maintained on the server so Evernote may not have regarded this as urgent - but I agree with you it would be good to have an easy option to export the whole account.
  11. Which generally means firewalls and other protections which limit internet access. What version of Evernote do you have? The latest (I think) is 10.82.2
  12. Hi. Once deleted from Trash, no recovery is available. Sorry.
  13. Hi. Depending on what device you're taking (tablet or laptop) you should make sure that your notes will be available to you offline - ie engage Airplane mode on the device and make sure you have access to the note(s). There seems to be an occasional issue with offline notes on a laptop, so make sure yours is working for you. If you need to make some notes available offline on a tablet it can take an amazing mount of time to download the content, so leave the app running for as long as possible before you travel. If you have any absolutely essential documents (tickets, passes etc), I'd suggest printing a paper copy just in case. You will have wifi at least part of the time - remember it's a public connection. If you have lots to write I'd suggest using a word processing package saving to your local storage and backed up with a USB drive. It saves you finding an internet connection to sync and ensures you have access to your files whether or not one exists.
  14. See the previous suggestions about reinstalling / exporting. See here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us
  15. Hi. Check the Tasks panel in any desktop..
  16. Please can I have the LAST word on this? It's not worth arguing here about the relative merits of third part products or lamenting the sad demise of Legacy. Everyone is entitled to their own - hopefully brief - opinion. Once stated, please move on!
  17. Yes you can export each individual notebook to an ENEX file which should ideally be the name of your notebook. Exporting does not allow for a notebook structure, so if you were to export all your notes into one file, you could only import them back into one notebook. This is usually not helpful.
