Price Increase for Legacy Subscription
s2sailor replied to rbbcpa's topic in Evernote General Discussions
I think I can safely say that no one here is pleased about the price increase. I personally think it is too high as well. Like any service I subscribe to, when the price gets raised I have to reevaluate whether it is still worth it to me or not. I don’t need to make the decision until this fall. I will probably stay but drop down to the personal plan to save a few dollars. Also, if you export by notebook, the recommended method, you are not limited to 50 notes. -
Defending? Not at all. It doesn't matter to me either way. I've made my peace with V10 a year ago. I suspect they are ready to pull the plug anytime and are watching metrics to see when the time is right. When the lights are finally switched off on Legacy it will be a hardship for those that have hung on to the very end and Evernote is using this nagging to encourage and ease migration along instead of having a large disgruntled mob at the end ... IMHO. Could they have implemented this popup better? Sure, but I don't expect they will spend any energy at this point to change it.

Migrating from Evernote to OneNote

I’m not sure what you mean about being forced into a one week trial. Even on the free plan you will still have access to those notes though under the free plan restrictions. -
Scratch Pad on iPad Pro iOS 16.5.1
s2sailor replied to C355#90's topic in Evernote for iOS Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
Evernote has changed how they sync updates in the background. It used to be they would sync full notes. Now they are syncing incremental changes only. A better method overall once the problems are ironed out. It has nothing to do on your end. With the new change syncing is now hands off and automatic. Thanks for submitting a ticket. -

I have seen this as well. I "think" it is due to ongoing problems with the new sync and hope this will cure itself as the sync problems get ironed out. If you haven't already, entering a support ticket stating the problem is helpful to development. -
You may find it surprising that people can actually make the go or stay decision all by themselves. Most of those that do leave make the mature decision to just leave.

Yet you are still showing up here. Can’t find a better use of your time?

If you don’t want to switch to V10, that’s fine, but the nag is telling you that the time to switch to something is now.
-
If you are a free user I think the only option is with Twitter. If on a paid plan it is easiest through a mobile device. Go to settings - support - submit a support request.

I have the same problem and using the same system and OS. If you haven’t already, please submit a problem ticket. The more information development gets on this problem the better the chance we’ll get this fixed.

Ok, you are using the latest version. Thanks, that is what I was checking for. If you haven't already, it would help us all if you submit a support ticket with this detail. I have also experienced problems with tasks, on the latest version as well, and the more information development gets, the better the chance we can get this fixed.

Content of notes is disappearing
s2sailor replied to loriewa's topic in Evernote for Windows Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
If you haven't already, please submit a problem ticket. What is confusing me is the message. I have only seen that in the legacy version before, never V10. Can you see your tasks when you log into Evernote in your web browser, instead of using the installed Windows client? -

And you can’t see any tasks? I’m referring to the content not supported message.
