All Images In Table Cells Are Gone
Austin G replied to dcampbell's topic in Evernote for Mac Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
Thanks again for reporting this. We apologize for this experience and will continue to investigate this issue. Do you recall which app you used to capture these screenshots? -
Unable to annotate PDF
Austin G replied to Cordy91's topic in Evernote for Windows Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
@Cordy91Thanks for the report and for purchasing premium! It sounds like the Evernote app is having trouble recognizing the upgrade. We're looking into this now. In the meantime, please try signing out and back into the app. The upgrade should be recognized after that. Let us know if that's not the case. Thanks again! -
Note too long
Austin G replied to Andras Ikladi's topic in Evernote for Windows Issues (Versions 6.25.1 and under)
Hello, thanks for the report. May I request a copy of this note? Please right-click the note and export it as a .enex. Please send me the .enex file here in a DM for testing. Thanks! -
We are still investigating the issues. Based on the mixed responses, there could be a few different issues reported here. Are you able to log in using the web or do you also get an error? Some of the issues appear to be network specific. If you have access to a VPN, enabling it may allow you to login.

Thanks for your patience as we continue to identify the cause of this Sign in with Google issue. As a workaround, please create an Evernote password for the account. Go to https://www.evernote.com/ForgotPassword.action Enter your email address and click "Send Verification email" Click on the password reset link in your inbox and create a new password Open the Evernote for Windows Desktop app Enter the email address and new password

Black screen in the note panel
Austin G replied to elpotos's topic in Evernote for Windows Issues (Versions 6.25.1 and under)
Thanks for the confirmation. For anyone else needing this fix, we've now exposed this in the options menu. You can also use these steps to fix the black panel issue: Select: Tools > Options > General Disable "Enable Hardware Acceleration" -
We recently revoked a batch of user's apps due to a recent security incident. All users that were affected should have received an email last week regarding this. When a Windows OS device is revoked, either from our end or from https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action, an in-app prompt will display asking for your password. It looks like this: I agree. We can do better to identify that this popup is from us. I've passed this feedback to our development team for further review. If you prefer not to enter your password in this window, please follow these steps: Select Cancel to dismiss the prompt Select File > Sign Out Sign back in You may have to dismiss the prompt a few times before you can get to File > Sign out.

Hi, That's odd. I replied to your ticket on Monday @ 15:22 PST. It sounds like it didn't go through. I just resent the reply, but I'll paste is here too: Please select View from the file menu, and ensure all the view options are enabled. Please let me know if you're unable to view your notes after enabling the note list, and note panel view options.

Black screen in the note panel
Austin G replied to elpotos's topic in Evernote for Windows Issues (Versions 6.25.1 and under)
Thanks for this report. Please try these steps to fix this issue: Select File > Exit to close Evernote Open the task manager to confirm Evernote is not running as a background process (select "Evernote and End task") Open 'regedit' (Windows key + R, then type regedit) Expand the HKEY_CURRENT_USER folder Expand the "Software" folder Expand the Evernote Folder Click on the second "Evernote folder" so that a list of Values displays on the right Right-Click "EnableHardwareAcceleration" Select "Modify" Set Hexidecimal Value to "0" Select File>Exit to exit the Registry Editor Reopen Evernote Please let me know if the issue continues after completing the steps above. Thanks!- 44 replies

Thanks for the report. We're aware and working on a fix for this. Until this issue is solved, please use Evernote Web: https://www.evernote.com/Home.action to access your notes. Additionally you can also reinstall version 6.7.5. This issue should not occur on version 6.7.5 of Evernote for Windows Desktop Web. I will post an update here once this issue is fixed in the GA (currently scheduled to be fixed in 6.11). Thanks,
