Hi, I have tried evernote for a day or two. Decided to cancel it as it is not the right program at this stage.

 

I was charged the annual fee yesterday. I have tried to contact evernote but the site is not responding.

Can someone from evernote please contact me. Thanks

You can also reach out to Evernote on Twitter at https://twitter.com/evernotehelps That may be faster than waiting for support as the support team as far as I know only answers emails Monday through Friday.

So you're prepared no matter how you contact them here is a copy of the refund policy in case you haven't seen it.

@vegemiteTried to push your issue to EN staff. Think they will reach out to you, probably on Monday.

But please continue to try to get into contact yourself.

As you know the (no-)refunding policy (see above), any positive decision is based on goodwill ...wish you luck.

...and if the sign-in gives you issues,  you should be able to continue as a guest

The support page would not load previously, it would come up the the support categories and then the page was blank.

 

I manually edited the url and it managed to load. Not sure what happened. I am confident that support will help me out. Thanks everyone for your replies.

Hi there, I've just had a similar issue whereby the full amount was charged on my account earlier than expected. I've hunted everywhere to contact customer support but have not found an address. I've now sent a message to sales. Please can you contact me so I can get a refund?
