I do not fully understand the differentiation between the different types of links. In the IOS version of EN there are the following types of links: (1) Share note / Share link (2) Share note / send, export and more (3) Three dots top right / Copy internal link For all three variants, this is a link that begins as follows: https://www.evernote.com/shard/..... Always the same link? Or is it not the same link? Confused! On the Iphone or Ipad the links work. You tap on them. And within EN for IOS the desired note opens. But if I copy a link into another note on the Iphone or Ipad and click on this link on the Mac (EN for MAC, still Version 7!), the desired note opens in the web browser. But I do not want that! How do I have to link notes ON THE IPAD OR IPHONE so that ON THE MAC the note does not open in the web browser but in EN for MAC?

Bugs on version 10 of iOS
HSM replied to Alvin C's topic in Evernote for iOS Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
Unfortunately I have to contradict Camila S. from EN. She writes: „Searching in note is working as intended on the new version of Evernote.“ !!THIS IS NOT CORRECT!! Searching in note ist NOT working! And EN knows this. Look here: Please fix! -
[Fixed in Version 10.7] EN overlaps the status bar (Ipad)
HSM replied to HSM's question in Mobile Answers/Solutions Archive
I can confirm this. Overlapping happens when opning an image from within a note. -
If you tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of a note and select "Copy internal link", an external link is produced (https://www.evernote.com....) instead of an internal one. And that is a big problem. Because if you have copied this link into another note and click on it on your Mac, the note will open in the web browser and not in EN. Please fix!

Search Results - No sort option for notes
HSM replied to CalS's topic in Evernote for iOS Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
This is really really unbelievable!! The search function is the core of EN! What does mean „we plan on building them soon“? How much time do they need? More 18 months? And what does mean „result by relevance“? It’s not result by relevance, it’s chaotic result! -
There are so infinitely many points that could be improved. Here is another one: If I want to annotate a pdf and I tap on pdf via "Edit" -> "@" -> edit mode, this mode starts every time with the color pink and the arrow tool. Then I ALWAYS change to yellow and the highlight tool. Why is this setting not saved? Why do I always start over with pink and the arrow tool? Please change!

In order to edit a pdf, the following steps must be taken: (1) Tap on "Edit (2) Tap on the pdf (3) Tap on "@" (comment on pdf) (4) Annotate Why not like this: (1) Tap on pdf (2) In the Pdf view, the editing options could then appear next to the "Share" symbol. Tap on "@" there. (3) Annotate This would have saved one step and time. The detour via "Edit" is nonsense.
