Mata Hari 15 Posted March 7, 2020 Posted March 7, 2020 I wonder if I can be billed per month for premium and end it whenever I want Is there a tel or chat support?
Level 5 PinkElephant 9,253 Posted March 7, 2020 Level 5 Posted March 7, 2020 Yes, you can subscribe monthly (and downgrade monthly), or yearly, which makes it slightly cheaper. Support is by mail or chat, US west coast office hours. My experience with support at EN is that they are analyzing things pretty in detail, first coming with 3 questions on you for one that you post. If they have a solution, it will probably be found. But it usually takes a few Mail exchanges. Chat is more for easy to solve stuff.

Mata Hari 15 Posted March 7, 2020 Author Posted March 7, 2020 It is requiring a full year subscription. Nowhere can I see that it is monthly subscription that I can quit any time and pay only for the months and not the year
