  1. Suggestion: Item A.10: Include the possibility of sharing notebooks as a public link, just as it is possible to do with notes. The Nimbus Note (Fuse Base) does this very well. When sharing a notebook's public link, it shows a page with all the notes that are inside that notebook.
  2. @ferol I think the best way to determine the priority of each item would be a vote. I don't know if it's viable, but perhaps a Google form could be created to collect everyone's votes on the items that each person needs most. This way, we and Evernote know exactly which items are most important to the most users.
  3. Automatic syncing is much better for me than manual syncing. I no longer have to worry about whether or not a note is saved. It's one less thing to worry about and I can focus on the work that matters.
  4. You complain about small things! This gray text appears the same way in Notion. As time goes by we will get used to it. I'm happy with this new feature.
  5. I don't miss this indication. Updating notes in Evernote nowadays is in real time. Try opening a note in the desktop version and opening the same note in the web version side by side. You will see that the edits appear in both versions almost at the same time. If a note cannot be updated, a gray message will appear at the top (image below). If this message does not appear, it means that any changes you made were synchronized = as simple as that
  6. If Evernote did this it would go back to the past where there was a different version for each platform. v10 came to unify this and make everything the same on all devices. Maintaining the legacy goes against all their planning and business plan (in addition to the security issues already mentioned)
  7. On the one hand they limited notebooks and notes but on the other they released several features for free users:
  8. Legacy users should try using v10. If they find it bad or can't adapt, they should look for another application. It's that simple. Everything else is an unimportant fight. Evernote will not go back on its decision even if Legado is the best application ever created in history.
  9. You overreacted now. v10 is not the perfect application with all the functions we need and the legacy is also not something terrible that is completely outdated. Legacy is a great application that still works almost perfectly today. The issue is that the company, due to a business decision that I understand, decided to kill the version. The legacy is very good but it no longer makes sense in Evernote's current structure. Evernote is right in its decision, although Legacy is a great application that will be greatly missed.
  10. You are deluding yourself. I think it's pretty obvious that Evernote won't go back on this decision. It goes against all their current planning and business plan. Legacy is (was) a great program but its lifespan has come to an end. It may be unfair but it is reality.
  11. I admit it's been fun to see the despair and fights here on the forum about the end of the legacy. On one side, defenders of the legacy believe that they were wronged and that the legacy app is one of the best achievements in history. On the other side, v10 advocates thinking that the legacy folks are a bunch of idiots for just not using the latest version. It's funny and curious. It doesn't matter who is right or wrong. In a month the legacy will end and there will be no way. Evernote has already made the decision and will not go back.
  12. There is a feature in the legacy that I miss in v10, which is the possibility of sorting the notes in the notes list by size, label, notebook and other criteria. In v10 it is only possible to sort by title, creation date and update date. I use this to, for example, sort my notes by size and see which are the biggest (or smallest) notes. Which ones are close to my plan's 200mb limit and which ones aren't. Do you know if there is a way to filter or sort notes by size in v10? @PinkElephant
  13. I have been using v10 since its launch in 2020. On the desktop and on the web it has always been satisfactory for me. I have two accounts with around 5,000 notes each and in terms of speed I have nothing to complain about. The versions are functional and I have no problems with them. The Android version was really very bad at the time of launch: slow, not very fluid and with major synchronization problems. Over the past year or so, the Android version has improved a lot and is now very good. I still have the legacy version installed on another computer I have and compared to v10 I mainly miss two things: 1 - Possibility to add colors to notebooks and labels. 2 - You can classify the notes in the notes list by all criteria including size, notebook and label. In v10 it is only possible to sort by title, creation and update date. These are small things that are missed but do not significantly affect my work. I still hope Evernote includes these features in v10. Regarding the decision to deactivate legacy apps, it makes sense taking into account all the changes that Bending has been making in recent times. It was not difficult to imagine that this would happen. It was just a matter of time. Now there is no other escape. Those who don't want to use v10 will have to leave and find another app.
  14. The web clipper is already great. If this suggestion were implemented it would be perfect.
  15. It would be great if this function was implemented. Evernote search would be stronger than it already is.
  16. This is something that always bothered me a lot about v10 and is one of the reasons why I still use legacy to this day. It is not possible to sort by "size", "location" and others. Only by "Title", "Update Date" and "Creation Date". This makes it difficult, for example, to check which of my notes are large or small.
  17. Apparently they are already releasing the new UI because for me it is already appearing in the desktop version and also in the web version.
  18. It would be great if Evernote implemented this.
  19. I've been using the legacy version 6.25.3.9348 (309348) Public (CE Build ce-62.6.10954) on Windows 10 Home for over a year and so far it's been running without problems. Some notices appeared a few months ago saying that it was an old version and advising you to install the new one, but they disappeared.
  20. I hope that this new UI brings some Legacy features to version 10, such as the possibility of filtering and mainly sorting notes in the "side list" option.
  21. I agree with everything you said. The problem boils down to the fact that Evernote has not yet migrated all Legacy features to version 10. This makes me angry.
  22. There are features in the legacy version that are not in version 10. They are simple things and so I don't know why they haven't been implemented until today. These are things that are needed in daily use. I will only mention two but I believe there are others, so anyone who remembers others is free to speak. 1 - Put colors in notebooks and labels. "Style" option 2 - In the list of notes in the Side List view Possibility to classify notes by Location, Tags and Size. In version 10 it is not possible to do this. Note: I don't speak English so forgive me for any errors in writing.
