  1. Harassment? Don't you think you're exaggerating a little?
  2. Stay calm, man! You don't need to be so desperate! Legacy was a great application but it is now dead and we will have to deal with it. Many here on the forum are already looking for and using other alternatives. There is nothing more to do.
  3. I'm using version 10.80.3 for Windows and for me the full bar also appears when the note is opened on the full screen.
  4. Recent thread discussing alternatives to Evernote: https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/146739-looking-for-evernote-alternatives…-suggestions-clarified-my-question/ Choose one and be happy!
  5. The hamburger menu disappeared in version 10.80.3. The menu bar is back!
  6. I honestly don't think Evernote will ever delete any of a user's notes. Blocking the creation of new notes or editing is fine, but deleting is out of the question.
  7. Is this hamburger menu working for you? I click on it and nothing happens!
  8. I downloaded version 10.80.2 (Windows 10) today and the collapsible sections are already working here for me! 😃
  9. I did not understand your question. Can you give an example?
  10. Some topics with discussions about alternatives to Evernote: 1 - https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/150634-migrating-to-obsidian/ 2 - https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/150242-evernote-vs-notion/ 3 - https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/146739-looking-for-evernote-alternatives…-suggestions-clarified-my-question/
  11. It is impossible to turn off this functionality. Further discussions on the subject in this thread:
  12. It's worth taking a look at the "note history" (my language is not English, so I don't know if the name is really that in English). It's in the three-dot menu at the top right of the note. Once I saw that attachments were missing from a note and I managed to recover them using this option
  13. Another new feature announced by Federico. How do you think it will work?
  14. Since purchasing Evernote, Bending has been focusing on improving the base and structure of the application (synchronization, speed, back-end, etc.) and so they left aside the implementation of new, even basic, functionalities for a while. They said that in this and this article. I imagine this explains why the screenshot problems (and many others) haven't been fixed in these three years. I realize that the phase of focusing on the code they said has already been mostly resolved and now they are going to start implementing really new things. We are already seeing this with, for example, the new slash command.
  15. As an alternative to Evernote, I'm surprised to see that few here talk about Nimbus Note (it seems it changed its name to Fuse Base). I used the service last year and it was basically a copy of Evernote because it was so similar. The structure was the same with tags and everything. It has an exclusive option to import directly from Evernote and the last time I used it the notes were imported perfectly. Nimbus is the most Evernote-like software I know. His only problem I imagine is the price. Just like Evernote is doing now it limits the number of notes to 30 on the free plan.
  16. I liked the new design but it would be better if there was the possibility of changing the colors of some parts, especially the left panel, to make it more contrasting.
  17. Ideally, users could vote or indicate which features are a priority or not, but I understand your reasons for not doing this. The table you created is already a very good thing. I'm sure it will help.
  18. Suggestion: Item A.10: Include the possibility of sharing notebooks as a public link, just as it is possible to do with notes. The Nimbus Note (Fuse Base) does this very well. When sharing a notebook's public link, it shows a page with all the notes that are inside that notebook.
  19. @ferol I think the best way to determine the priority of each item would be a vote. I don't know if it's viable, but perhaps a Google form could be created to collect everyone's votes on the items that each person needs most. This way, we and Evernote know exactly which items are most important to the most users.
  20. Automatic syncing is much better for me than manual syncing. I no longer have to worry about whether or not a note is saved. It's one less thing to worry about and I can focus on the work that matters.
  21. You complain about small things! This gray text appears the same way in Notion. As time goes by we will get used to it. I'm happy with this new feature.
  22. I don't miss this indication. Updating notes in Evernote nowadays is in real time. Try opening a note in the desktop version and opening the same note in the web version side by side. You will see that the edits appear in both versions almost at the same time. If a note cannot be updated, a gray message will appear at the top (image below). If this message does not appear, it means that any changes you made were synchronized = as simple as that
