  1. Hi. Looks like an internet connection issue, but try updating to the latest version from Evernote.com - you're a few updates behind.
  2. Hi. Syncing is not instantaneous, so if you complete a major change to any note it's best to give the app time to complete its internal processes before closing the app (or the device) down. The installed app will have local files that can capture changes, but those changes will not be synced and will not be available on any other device until the local app is again live and connected. A sudden crash like for a power cut or if the app is closed down by an update process may be problematic. If the app is still processing note data, then the content may be lost...
  3. Hi. "Shared with Me" is a notebook for inbound notes. I don't know how a note that you created would be included there, but it does not mean that the note is available to anyone else. If you're unable to copy, duplicate, or move it, try creating a new note in another notebook and copy the content of this note into the new note, then delete the original.
  4. You may have been getting something wrong - my last run through was two, which is average for me...
  5. I'm using chrome and have that option - when you say "doesn't work", do you mean you chose 'multi select' but clipper didn't come up with that option selected, or you can't see where to apply the setting?
  6. Version numbers please? Have you tried a clean reinstall? Sign out of the account / don't save data locally / use Revo Uninstaller Free (Win) or Appcleaner (Mac) to uninstall the app. Power device off and back on, then re-download and reinstall from Evernote.com and leave Evernote running to rebuild local data. New installs are typically a little slow - things get better after a day or so.
  7. Hi. You're using a free app. The device unsync process works smoothly for me, but if you have been blocked the only choices are to wait or to subscribe, even if only for a month.   11. Hi. Sounds like you made a lot of complicated changes. Your Mac will sync with the web server, and the PC will then sync and download those changes. That process is not instantaneous. Check your data by signing in to Evernote.com in a browser. If your notebooks are not visible there, you need to give the Mac more time to upload. If the notebooks are visible - give the PC more time to download.

  13. Hi. Not a great idea to have your notes in a free service. Unsyncing a device will not lose your notes, just access from that particular device. Device limits and disconnections have been around for a while, but things have changed recently - see https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/32039082181139-Device-limits-in-Evernote-Free-August-2024 If you have been blocked you have to wait until it expires or subscribe for at least one month to get immediate access.

  18. Hi. Mainly other users here - there's no scope to have your own template with the app, but you can always create the format you want in another note and delete the daily note content to replace it with your own... feedback@evernote.com if you'd like to suggest user templates to the company.

  20. You could try signing out / not saving your data locally / powering off and back on as a slightly lesser evil...
