I think the general messaging around the forum could do with a change and update. Its always been a "User Community" but apart from the title text in the tab this info isn't really pushed which makes most folk think its an official support forum. Obviously support is available from other users but none of us here can process a refund or anything quite like that. Love to see it pushed as a user community where folks can ask more about organisation, how to use Evernote rather than ranting uncontrollably that some button has changed colour or moved 6 pixels to the left

Yeah. Once the RENT and Conduit projects are live you should be a difference. Pretty sure they've seen it. It is very odd as it only half dozen folk seem to have the problem. I'm not seeing it at all and I spent some time at the weekend organising photos into notebooks and uploaded 300/400 images and I've checked and everything is expected. I also attach many client files every day and never had an issue. My community is also a few thousand strong and no one has mentioned this, other experts have larger communities than me and there's no chatter about this happening on the expert forums. Guarantee you there'd be lots of chat if files were going missing! I've asked the question and mentioned it but can't file a bug report as I can't reproduce it and send logs.

Yeah. Very odd. Not seen it myself and I don't think its widespread as there'd be plenty of chat about it on the expert forums. If it comes back OK then its obviously uploading and syncing OK, just the display of the information. Maybe RENT but I don't think its rolling out yet. I know there was work being done on the Conduit project recently so could be related to that. Conduit is the client side database so possibly related and the plan was to speed things up and make client side more reliable. Send in a ticket. Even if you don't get a human response trends are monitored.

The limit was 100. It was as of July 2023 when I wrote something about system limits. Not sure if its changed.

When Home launched the limit was 12 and I've not heard of it changing... if @gazumped has managed 15 then it may have. Update: Just tried on the Win desktop app and I managed 12.

Just opened a note on the Android app and I can pinch to zoom just fine. You up to date.

There used to be a different route to support for teams but looking at it again now it looks like it's all in the same place but I would think your request will be marked as a teams account. When did you send in a support request?

Could be a number of reasons for that error. Maybe an endpoint has changed or an SSL certificate expired. The API connection from my email software seems to be working OK so probably only something support and the devs can fix.

Send in a support ticket and have a chat with your teams rep as well. Sounds like something has changed somewhere and needs updating.

This should be fixed in the latest version 10.88.4. Wait for the in-app update or download from the Evernote website.

You may not be personally impressed but they do an awful lot of user research, interviews, live testing and other stuff that says the majority of folk do like these things. In fact the Evernote standalone calendar was driven by user research and comments. For me, the tasks page is open all day everyday on its own monitor so very useful.
