Akos_M 25
As the title says. I just noticed that for the 2nd time, after updating the app, thousands of downloaded notes are gone and the option to have offline notebooks is unchecked. After updating the app to the latest version. Link to comment
Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 3,978 Posted April 8 Level 5 Share Posted April 8 Sounds like a real mess. It's basically other users here, and this sounds like something for Support to look into (which may take some time these days). https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Link to comment
Alxa 482
I see the same behaviour after updates. Everything unchecked, BUT the used memory on device stays the same. Evernote seems to have all the stuff still on the device but "forgets" that it is there. When i toggle "download all notebooks" on, after a short while all notebooks get the green toggle button again. I think meanwhile it does not download it again but checks the database?! Or perhaps just a GUI bug. Won't raise a ticket as the answers are automatic and random nowadays, no human in touch. Obviously everybody is on the more "important" stuff as on creating new start screens. 🙃 Link to comment

And it's not only when updating the app. If offline content is important for you, you need to check offline settings/content regularly. Link to comment
Akos_M 25
Looks I will have to do that. In the meantime, looks like EN CS started replying to opened tickets. 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,174 Posted April 25 Level 5 Share Posted April 25 The same just has happened again - after updating my iPad to 10.86.0, the offline toggle had been resetted to OFF. That’s really becoming an annoying habit … 1 Link to comment
