nickhq 4
I had an update notice today on my Evernote app for Mac, and the round icon is gone. Replaced with a new rounded square and a bit of a shine on the logo. Would this indicate the version with the new UI as well? If so, it’s very subtle in app. Link to comment

Evernote Expert agsteele 2,980 Posted January 12 Evernote Expert Share Posted January 12 I think the icon indicates an app update. Likley the app that will support the new UI when it is enabled. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,285 Posted January 14 Level 5 Share Posted January 14 The icon was “squared“, and as far as I can see, that’s all for now. Link to comment
surfshark 12
It looks like some parts of the new interface are still being adjusted. Generally satisfied, except for the thumbnail error Link to comment

Evernote Expert agsteele 2,980 Posted January 15 Evernote Expert Share Posted January 15 I seem to have been reverted to the old UI. Possibly some issues have arisen requiring a roll back 1 1 Link to comment

It sounds like the new icon (at least on the Mac side -- 10.71.2) indicates that this version of the application supports the new UI, but there is still a server-side switch/configuration that has to be made for your specific account to enable it. I have the new icon but no UI update yet. I have signed up for the beta in hopes that I may be able to nudge some of the development in a direction that I will find helpful, or at least not as onerous. Link to comment

Now that a few screens have come about, I definitely didn’t get the full update. I do like the new icon though. Glad to see it. How does one sign up for betas? I’m curious to join. I’m not bothered by breaking changes when using them. Link to comment

It was posted in a different thread earlier, here you go. If you want to keep exploring the new UI, you can put your email address here (needs to be the one linked to your Evernote account): https://waz9zvkd1f2.typeform.com/to/tvTldYzV#source=forum Link to comment
