what happened to support?

I submitted a support ticket 4 days ago and I'm a premium member and no reply. do they stop answering?

Could be.  Or they are inundated with V10 requests.

I complained to them they charge me twice without even sending any emails. Probably they ignore those type of questions.

Probably not - have you ever been inundated, working against a queue of open tickets ?

Answering time at the moment is 3-4 days, if I look at my last tickets.

mine is now 5 days ago. they replied to me on Facebook messenger and asked for the case ID and then since disappear and not even look like they checked it after. but first time checked with in mins
