  1. mine is now 5 days ago. they replied to me on Facebook messenger and asked for the case ID and then since disappear and not even look like they checked it after. but first time checked with in mins
  2. I complained to them they charge me twice without even sending any emails. Probably they ignore those type of questions.
  3. I submitted a support ticket 4 days ago and I'm a premium member and no reply. do they stop answering?
