Rearrange merged notes

Is there a way to rearrange the position of a merged note? If you have a pg1 &  pg2 which pg do you click on first in order to have pg1 on top in the merged note?

Depends on your operating system. In Windows, if you use Ctrl+Click to select, they should be in order of selection. I don't know whether the Mac Evernote client can do that.

Once you've merged the notes, you're stuck with Cut/Paste operations to reorder them.

I'm on a Mac and the best option I have come up with is creating a new note and dragging the individual notes to the new note.

Actually, if you merged them and they came out in the wrong order, you can go to your Trash and find the individual notes, restore then, and select them in a different order.

Good advise on restoring the notes and redoing the merge

As a fairly recent Mac convert this is the Windows difference that I miss the most.  That and the ability to remove the fat header between merged notes.  My work system is Windows ... I just do all my merging there but it bugs me that I can't do it on the Mac.

Have you noticed (in PC) when you shift+click, the merged note comes out in the opposite order of ctrl+click?
