  1. Can confirm (although on web; professional plan; for me) Suggest OP raises a support ticket. My calendar widget has been cycling, cycling and then showing a blank agenda for a few hours now. Really busy with work atm, but when I get home tonight I'll try clearing the caches and reloading. If it's still missing I'll raise a ticket. And @gazumped I'll keep you up with all the deets!
  2. O.M.G. why did I not see that? Now I need to completely change my task note structure.....
  3. Nimbus Notes has a great automatic table of contents feature, and is similar to Evernote in many respects. It's worth a look if long documents are your thing. Evernote is more "shrimp-y" as @DTLow says; it's a better place to work with building blocks of articles and proposals, research, etc, which is what I need. Collapsible bullets would be a help, tho.
  4. The thread where Evernote became Everquote.
  5. Upvoted! A something like a filtered note widget that pulls out tasks from certain notebooks and stacks would be super useful.
  6. Upvoted! This would make EN a central place for flowchart / mind map notes. I've never understood why EN is such a great environment for storing and annotating pdfs, etc, but the sketch tool is so sparse and barren.
  7. Sounds legit! It does look like a feature - trying to correct something it thinks is wrong - rather than an actual bug. My theory is it has something to do with merging cells in multiple directions. In Nicksomename's video - this is getting like Goal of the Week now - you can see he's used both vertically and horizontally merged cells. I've stuck to simple tables since and had no problems, but it's a very trippy bug when it happens.
  8. Video footage of this shy and elusive bug has been captured here
  9. Yes - this has been mentioned before here, but I don't think a ticket has been raised yet. I've linked the threads. I was waiting to see if I could capture a video myself - yours is amazing - can I suggest you open a support ticket and link this thread?
  10. I've been a chromebook-only user for years now (because being self employed means choosing your own OS!) and EN web functionality compares very well against competitors. Definately needs right click functions, tho. Lost count of the number times I'm right clicking on stuff and pulling up the browser menu. It really knocks you out of flow for a few seconds.
  11. I had some psychedlic-level bugs with calendar integration - all related to my main google calendar - from day one. I raised a ticket, but I suspect there are still problems. I got around it by splitting out my main calendar events into a couple of new ones in Gcal, then turning it off and turning those on. Since then, everything has run smoothly. This may not be a practical option for you, but my gcal was getting cluttered so it was worth a few hours work anyway. I haven't reenabled the calendar to check if they've fixed it, because you never trouble trouble.
  12. .. and always work in the "cards" view? Me too! I'm on the web version, and a few pdfs never preview; they just show up as a grey icons. There doesn't seem to be any common factor - file size, etc. I guess, like PinkElephant says, it's just rolling bones.
  13. I ran across something similar to this a few weeks ago on the web version. I raised a support ticket, and was asked to send a screen recording. What I'm finding is that certain strings work as searches, work as saved searches, work as shortcuts but return error messages if run from the Home shortcuts widget. This seems to have something to do with EN's bracket placement. I haven't heard back for in a while, but I've managed to find workarounds by tweaking the search syntax and occassionally the tag names themselves.
  14. Still on 10.19.2 here. Chromebook user in Brum; always a second class citizen.
  15. I was looking forward to this one, but it's not available on the web version 😕 Can you filter on a saved search?
  16. OK - that was a PITA! If anyone else runs into it, I fixed it by deleting the Evernote cache via “chrome://settings/siteData”. Extensions seemed to have nothing to do with it. If it was chromebook specific, maybe the last OS update Google pushed over the weekend borked something.
  17. ... unless logged in from an incognito browser. This started this morning for me. I've turned off all browser extensions - initially individually, then just everything - rebooted, restarted, etc, but nothing. If I login incognito mode, I can have them, but in that window only. Is anyone else seeing this, or can suggest anything simple I have overlooked, before I open a support ticket? I'm on a chromebook Version 92.0.4515.157 (Official Build) (64-bit) TIA K
  18. I shared this thread and got ... .. so I'm optimistic it'll return. I haven't seen that many other posts about this, so maybe either people don't ctrl q, it or it's not gone for them. It's pretty important for my workflow, though 😕
  19. I raised a ticket for this a week or so ago. Weirdly, I was seeing deleted repeating events in the colours of other adjacent calendars in the widget, not the one they were deleted from! Got an email yesterday saying this "is known by engineering and they've prioritized it for resolution in our coming releases." I found clearing caches, etc, did nothing for me. As a workaround, I created a couple of new calendars, moved upcoming events into them and turned off the original.
  20. Good work! I raised it in an ongoing convo about a different bug, but I'm never sure if that's enough. Maybe it got turned off when they shipped 10.19?
  21. Yeah - I lost this today as well.
  22. I only came back to EN a few weeks ago, so it's all recent to me! I first noticed it last week. It's far from the most annoying bug I'm seeing and I can't face putting in another ticket. For example, in the time between this post and my last one; the ctrl-q task switcher has stopped working 😕 Is anyone else seeing this?
  23. I'm web only, and see this quite often; usually in complex-ish tables; with merged cells and / or images which have been resized. It's worrying, of course, but quite fun to watch, as the table cells s...l...o...w...l...y shuffle across the page. Setting tables to note width / set to window width doesn't seem to have any effect.
