  1. Hi. Have you tried the three dots menus on the Notebooks page?
  2. Seems like a permissions thing as above - did you try the 'user agent' trick mentioned?
  3. We're mainly a user2user community - Support may be able to investigate more. If the note was moved fro one notebook to another, previous history would be lost. Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps
  4. If Clipper isn't working, try Windows copy and paste? There are dozens of way to capture a copy of the page as a PDF or image file, then add to a note manually?
  5. Hi. Maybe the shortcuts were reset? This may help... Customize keyboard shortcuts
  6. Sounds like someone else is using the wrong details to get to their account. You've already done most of this I think, but see: What to do if you suspect unauthorized access to your Evernote account
  7. Hi. Not the usual experience - we're mainly a user2user Forum - try Support? Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps
  8. It's possible that you have inadvertently created a new 'blank' account. Try logging out and back in again double-checking the details?
  9. Hi. You can either go to the Notebooks page and export the content of each notebook to an ENEX file (make sure you check to ensure that Tags are included) or install the Legacy app which will work alongside the new v10 but does not include the same limitations.
  10. Which other vendors, exactly? None of the 'big' software companies (Amazon, IBM, Microsoft...) publish anything in detail. (And Evernote are developers, not vendors.) Plus for 6 of those 7 years it wasn't feasible for the app to provide features that would work reliably in several different operating systems on nearly all devices. Now the app is more independent of the device OS, lots more is possible - but there are still lots of development issues to resolve first.
  11. My emails are working fine. If you;re having some local difficulty, the best step is to contact Support https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  12. OK - I guess you'd have to ask them then: these Forums are mainly user 2 user - subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps -
  13. Hi. Have you asked Zapier support? Evernote can determine if a note was created from a mobile or a web clip, but I've never seen anything much more than that...
  14. Hi. All anyone can do is to make sure you have the latest version or -ironically- revert to the older Legacy apps on desktop. It may help to uninstall your present version and restart / reinstall, using Appcleaner or Revo Uninstaller to make sure that all existing files are cleared prior to the reload. A clean reinstall may help. Again, given that Evernote is now a web-based app, the faster your network access the better. Some routine maintenance to make sure your devices are all in tip-top condition may also help. Short notes load faster - longer texts and attached files/ images will slow things down. There's no magic wand here - just a generalised house clean which may or may not affect your access speed.
  15. I'm sure the OP is grateful for your -eventual- support. However we're a mainly user-driven Forum with no direct connection to Evernote. If you want to contact the company the proper (and most effective) way is to use their published support channel and not a public forum.
  16. If you drag and drop a Spark email to your desktop, is the result a MSG file? I have a process with Outlook that I drag and drop emails to my desktop as well as clipping them into Evernote. I'll then attach the MSG file to the note content. When I double-click the file, it opens again in Outlook to allow me to respond or forward it from there. Don't know whether that would work with Spark, but it may be worth a try...
  17. Hi. You already did as much as you can if you're also using a unique and complicated password for Evernote. It's impossible however to track anything specific for that individual device. If it gained access it would have been logged in as you. You may be able to check for updated, created or deleted notes with the specific dates involved, but if any notes were viewed, the action is not recorded.
  18. Hi. iTunes and Evernote are different companies, and payments to one don't always register with the other very quickly. Try logging out of Evernote and back in - or restarting your device(s) - to force a sync which may confirm the update. If you have any continuing issues, I'd suggest you check with iTunes to make sure the payment has been processed.
  19. Hi. Check out this page - Understanding the device limit
  20. Hi. If you have a free account, you're allowed only two active devices including the web client. It may be that you have exceeded that number. Alternatively you may have mistakenly created a new 'empty' account, in which event you need to log out and log in again with your original user details. If you have an issue with that, try the 'forgotten password' process at Evernote.com. Understanding the device limit
  21. Hi. There is a warning when deleting from trash - that deletion is not reversible; the information is gone. There's a possibility that if you have a backup of your device, that note content will still be included on the backup file - but Evernote will be unable to help. (We're a mainly user2user forum - Support is available here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps)
  22. Maybe this will help... Understanding the device limit
  23. Hi. Upgrading your account won't fix this issue - they all use the same import/ display process which -normally- gives good results. Your experience is certainly not typical. Do you see this image in better quality on a slide you have downloaded? Can you post that slide file here so we can take a look at the format? Best suggestion at the moment would be to download slides in as big a format as you can - 1 or 2 per page at most - to allow space for notes, and to give you a better result on screen.
