  1. I use and love the desktop client (used on both my PC and my MacBook). I rarely use the web version. I appreciate having access to the full suite of features that the desktop app provides. If you do bulk actions (move, merge, etc) these are much easier on the desktop app. Agree with @gazumped that how you use Evernote will depend in part on which device/app you are using.
  2. I don't have the answer to your Nimbus question, but I do want to make sure that you know that if you want "offline" access to your notes on Android then you need to select the notebooks to to view in "offline" mode. Based on the memory on your phone, you may want to only download "selected notebooks." When I'm traveling or someplace that may have sketchy internet, I download the Notebooks and/or notes I will need. You find this option by clicking on the 3 line menu (bottom left of screen) and then clicking on the gear icon next to your name, which opens the settings menu. Select "notebooks" and then "offline notebooks." When you click on "download selected notebooks" you will get a list of all of your notebooks which can be toggled on individually. Hopefully this information will be helpful to you.
  3. Agree with @Alxa, please verify that you are using EN10.37 on Android. Also, make sure that you are still on at least "Evernote Personal" plan.
  4. @Boot17and @PinkElephantthank you!! I was trying to log into my personal account and not the demo account. I appreciate the feedback. Not sure how I fixed it, but I uninstalled again and re-downloaded the app. Things seem to be working correctly now. Hopefully all is fixed for good.
  5. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I logged onto my desktop app (running on new MacBook Air M2 with MacOS 12.5) I was presented with a screen that seems to indicate I have a "free" plan when in fact I have the professional plan (screen shot attached). When I log into Evernote Web, my account seems to be in order. I have been using the Evernote desktop app on my laptop without issue for a week now (the duration I have had this current laptop). I have uninstalled the desktop app and reinstalled it and still have the issue. Any ideas what I am missing?
  6. In the legacy version, it used to be possible to right-click on any hyperlink and get the option "copy link." Now in version 10+, you have to highlight the surrounding text and the hyperlink, the right-click and select "copy" and then "paste" the link and delete the extra text if you are copying the link into an email for example. This is not to be confused with sharing a note or notebook, but a hyperlink for a separate website/form/etc. outside of Evernote. I would love to have the ease of a single right-click on the hyperlink to copy the full link and then paste be included back in Version 10+.
  7. I agree. At 2 and up to 5 Pinned notes on HOME would be Fantastic!!
