I am having a similar problem.
I have the same version of Windows, but no problem with signing in - can you access your account using a mobile, or via the web client?

Hi. Sorry - I'm not an iOS person; but there are others around who may be able to advise you better. Are you sure you're within the file size/ note size/ and upload limits of your account? Check out this page for information... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209006107-View-your-Evernote-account-information

Hi. Device? OS & Evernote version numbers? Size of photo? Size of note (if any) before upload?

OK - alternate, but longer solution; (not practical for large notebooks!)
Export 100 notes at a time into separate ENEX files. At least one batch will fail. Tag failures for later and complete the rest of the notebook. Then try the failure group(s) 50 notes at a time... repeat with smaller numbers until you're left with a small enough batch that you can create new notes for all of them.
I'd suggest you also report this to Support if you haven't already.

a browser that has a security profile that should enable the Evernote help
That should be all of them - I use a Chrome-based browser called Thorium which works for me. Have you tried access via the help pages? https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us

Love collapsible sections, but:
- When the section is collapsed and you search for something, while it indicates a match, the app does not expand the section to see it. So result is hidden.
- It's not available on the iOS mobile app
Maybe feed that back to Evernote? (Mainly other users here...)

suggests that there might be a problem with some Evernote
accounts that she promises to "iron out"....and 6 years ago, he probably did. Things (and owners) have changed since then. Do you have access to Evernote on a mobile? It's possible to create a Support query via Settings on a mobile app.

If you access your gmail via a web page, web clipper or a third-party option may be available. Or a mail can be sent direct to the Evernote account address...

Hi all. Please try uninstalling Evernote from your device / power off and back on / re-download latest version from the Play store and re-install. If that fails, your next step is to contact Support - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us - or behind the Settings option on your mobile. Please specify your device and Android versions.
Patience is required.
Meantime you may be able to access on Tablet or via the web client if your device has a big enough screen.

Having the choice to set the thumbnail would make navigation and search much faster
The desktop release notes already say that thumbnail changes will follow content changes - which is an indirect way to offer some control. Whether it's also possible to select which image becomes the new thumbnail remains to be seen...

It also seems like you could use more mods, two active mods probably isn't enough.
There's two levels of additional support - more experienced members members such as yourself have been known to pass links and comments back when things have gotten a bit spicy, and there's the Report button system for everyone which goes back to the employee admin team who seem to take action now and then... I did think about asking for volunteers, but again I think any 'official' offers have to be made by Evernote - I don't know what their longer-term plans are.

We need clearer rules for the moderators and the ability for them to be enforced to quiet down the ranting.
We do have some abilities - I can delete both posts and -if pressed- people; but the rules of engagement are a bit lacking. I felt (a tiny bit) guilty today deleting someone's post that had a hidden link to their own commercial website - I've not given them a direct warning, but today it was the post - if it happens again it'll be the user.
I'd only say - if anyone sees a post that is obviously spam, or gets some personal abuse, feel free to report it and/ or DM me or @s2sailor - we seem to be the active mods at present.
I already suggested some rule changes, and I gather there's some internal thinking going on about ways to make the Forums more accessible (and less scary) for new users. It's a question of waiting for Evernote's lead, but the Mods do have an inside line where we can pass suggestions on - and this thread is already being watched more closely than most; so they're already aware things can get out of hand.
I'm expecting the "but I preferred the old Forum" posts to start before the end of the year...

This is case in point why staff avoids this forum.
I'd far rather have staff engaged in Support or Development than explaining or defending features here - plus it's always difficult to comment publicly on issues if you're aware of background information that you're not supposed to share (another old t-shirt I have somewhere...). When users can get a timely reply (like within 10 days) after contacting Support, the lack of presences here should be less critical.

Hi. We're mostly other users here.
To tell Evernote about an issue, or a feature you'd like considered, use - feedback@evernote.com - but don't expect a response (other than 'thanks').
If you use 'X', @fedesimio is quite active there..
Contact Support for a direct response - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/

Hope this helps clarify things!
I love AI explanations... that one is almost correct. But you don't necessarily see 'files and folders' in the local storage - depends on your OS. And backups need to be at Notebook level, not Note: and ENEX is not human readable: and offline access requires that you download your notes to the local device first and don't log out of the app... and there's more, but I can't be bothered.
So please - don't post AI stuff here unless you are sure the content is correct. Otherwise it will be deleted.

Hi. Mostly other users here, not Evernote. You need to contact them direct or maybe via 'X'.

Hi. Beware that third-party links may not work consistently since Evernote is still in the process of upgrading its server operations. One integration that will already publish notes as blog pages is Postach.io and if you can find a way to move content from one web page to another you might be able to use that to service a WordPress site - or maybe just use your WP site as a portal to some Postach.io pages...

-
Hi. If you currently have any part of the app installed, use Revo Uninstaller Free to remove it - then power your device off and on again, and download the latest version from Evernote.com. You need Windows 10 or 11 to use the app - if you still have issues, please confirm your device and Windows version...

Not sure what's happening with Events, Tasks and Reminders. Evernote Calendar on desktop now includes Events and Tasks but not reminders - except Events can now be linked to notes (with reminders) and Tasks have reminders built-in... That should translate to mobile apps soon, but you may need to look at changing your workflow...

Hi. There are some help screens on authentication here - also a link to Support/ CS. It may take some time for them to respond... (There should be a 'guest' access if you have trouble logging in with the original account details...) https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us

The Evernote app will also scan and save, and there are third party apps from Adobe and Microsoft which will do the same. Not sure who owns Scannable any more, or whether it will be developed further...
