Problems as below: The "Move to Notebook" icon next to the Notebook name on the top-left conner is very poor, it is hidden and fade-in slowly when mouse hoop over (looking for it). It is a poor design and slow down the efficiency of work. Why EN like to using things like this design? this poor design also on login pages password field only show after input the ID. But this is not always work in some countries that blocked google.(I don't know if it is related, but it is really frustrating me, I am in Hong Kong but always need to travel cross borders). When will the Shift+CMD+D come back? When can I directly save the edited attachment to notes without SAVE AS to other place on my Mac? Why the comma and fullstop cannot show properly when I typing non-English numbering (it can be English style comma and fullstops when typing outside EN. e.g. 12,233.00, but Chinese style, Full Characters, in Chinese when typing numbers. e.g. 12，233。00 . mac and old EN can auto detect, but not inside New EN) and ......., etc and thanks DTlow 's reminding.. I don't think it cannot. Many apps have "lite", "pro", "free", "trail", why not "legacy" int the same time in store, or saying "the only workable version"? Just do it, NOW! And replying your last sentence, it is not FREE to telling you questions here, we PAID for it. But we cannot REACH you in fact.

sorry that I didn't see this post before and started a new one I really don't know what to do with this workless rubbish on my phone. I am using EN on work, and it lost ALL the functions that we were using well before. The only thing keep me here is my 16,000 notes was hijacked and a little bit of last hope. But what the fxxking icon on my iPhone & iPad for, if it cannot cap my doc, screen, web, pdf by share with? What for an icon only cannot save my data and sync easily without hesitating? What this icon for charging my money but can do NONE of a things I need? And why I need to paid for none of reply or improved after a quarter of year? But a memory eater only. Where are you, Shane D? I really cannot work with 10. I am using EN on working. It waste me many time to double check if my doc really saved, my documents shared to EN is really success, or finally, I need to save in iCloud and save agin to to EN on my desktop. It is NOT a productivity tool or software be. and totally not worth to pay a cent for. Already downgraded my desktop EN, how can I down grade my iOS EN? or I must do my last move. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬😡😡🤬😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯🤯

Notebboks list on iOS NEVER fixed

how come no one reply officially here? this is the most basic and powerful (at the beginning) and most common (nowadays) function one a mobile phone, but totally lost. I already re-installed many times but all my iPhone an iPad not work on share with. So, why I need evernote? How it can be my second brain? How it help me to keep memories?

Hope Evernote have a function like Obsidian, can make a "New" note within a Note. Now EN can linked the notes by using internal or URL links (Poor V.10 not as easy as old version, just drag and drop). But If needed to add link, it need to open the master note in new window and copy link and paste. ( or jumping btw. notes, if they are in different notebook(mostly), will be very poor experience.

Found a symptom of this issue. When I chose the sorting by updated, it will be normal and correct number of notes. But if I chose sorting by title, the doubled notes will be appeared. It claimed fixed on 10.3, but nothing changed.

Here you will find that the list of notes in a notebook was wrongly doubled the notes.(Left hand side is the list on web in same time) Those notes are moved to other notebooks or deleted still appeared in the note book. The loading of notebook is very poor either on iOS or macOS. If not correct index list, how can it be use? Disappeared Notebooks, or wrongly index list. In old version, there is a re-index and also can reload the database. But the new one is very unstable and not fully function as old one. Many function or even basic usage are missed.

same here. very strange that the note books will showed after installed on ios both phone and ipad. but after few use (around 3-10 operation, the note books will disappeared on the left hand side. it will show again after reinstalled and disappeared again

Hi EN Team, It is glad to have new released. However, ver. 10 have many function that everyday using is missed. It is very inconvenient for user. 1. shift + CMD + D to add date stamp. 2. the attached PDF edited in mac Preview cannot saved back to the note. Only can Save As and drag in again. 3. Cannot drag other note into the note to make link. 4. Index list window only at side, but no more on top of the note. (for laptop with more than 1 working windows, it is too narrow to show the topic on side) 5. Where is the preference setting? cannot set default notebooks, etc. Thanks

May be EN staff didn't use EN Notes to make a "Functions Check List" when they make the new version....😨 Why still don't focus on The Root Cause of "EN Down"? Every user knew it, lacking of Quality Control. Including the "Big Problems" on macOS every single upgraded. Hope no more disaster in coming Big Sur.

Me too, I HATE this very much.. Specially if I want to login in Chain. The Password field never show up.

Mostly paperworks I have. In resent years, most of my home working (easy jobs) can be done by my iPad. Only Evernotes on my iPad cannot satisfy my needed. Some of the simple needs, like moving attachments from one note to another, merge notes, 2 notes comparing, are very difficult on iPads. Start from beginning, simplified version on iPhone or weaker Pad is acceptable. However, the performances of iPad is not so weak now. It is time to make it stronger. The most terrible is the competitors are become stronger and stronger. But we get nothings or any good news from any channel about the future of EN. As a paid user for many years, please don't let us down or let us run away from YOU,

Found that Web Clipper for Safari can be download from App Store. It work ok. Still looking for a new function, capturing the hold webpage...... just like the new screen capture function on iPhone. Thanks.

After a day of using after upgraded, EN seem ok and no big problems (not every feature used or check). Hope it will be okay. I am using EN in China (Don’t ask me why don’t use China version), but there is many problems. For e.g., template cannot be saved or get. And ever the web version, the password field didn’t pop up after input username at user page. Hope it can be fixed in future. thanks

Hello EN team, We (most of the EN users) are really suffering from Evernote in the last 2 macOS upgraded. Even this Safari upgraded. Actually, Apple announced stopping 32 bit apps support years ago. But YOU did nothings. And how about this Catalina upgrade? Will it missing some functions, or missing pdf attachments again? What is the beta release from Apple for? Please noticed that Evernote no more the unicorn of note taking apps anymore. STOP disappointing those users still standing with you. Steven

I found out after: 1. my version EN 7.5.2, with MacOS 10.14 is not work, but after upgraded to 7.6(beta 1), the "Template" option show up. 2. I am using evernote (International) in China. When I using "Normal" network, it cannot save template. But if I connected network over the GFW, it can save the template. Not sure the reason, but I think because of the template is not saving in the same way as note, but separated place which have difficult connection, like I am in China. Because I was updated to 7.6, before testing the VPN, so I am not sure if 7.5.2 is the same reason.

Same as mine. Updated Mac version 7.5.2, but the template function do not work. No option on new notes, not saving option on the menu. I reinstalled, but not work. I tried web version, found that it only have the option on "new version" of web. However, I tried to save a template, if save to "Space". I cannot open my saved saying "No Template". Even I tried to download and save from the demo template, it didn't work. I am also an paid member for many years. And now have few thousand of notes. How can Evernote killing a loyalty member by such poor quality? Once more, after MacOS Mojave, the notes list also display with unwanted "black" Highlight bar.
