Opening Support Ticket Not Working

I am trying to open a support ticket but none of the links seem to work.

Here is what I tried:

  1. Went to Evernote Help & Learning
  2. Clicked on "Log In to Help & Learning"
  3. Every time I enter credentials, I am redirected to Evernote Web

Can anyone send me a direct link fot opening a support ticket?

Yes I am a paid subscriber for many years. I am paying for 3 seats for a Evernote Teams account for 530 USD per year (maybe I should consider change subscription).

The website doesn't let me log in so I am not able to have access to support.

What a shame...

The 'guest' link above doesn't need a login.  If I click it I get straight through to the support page.  Have you tried a different browser?  Accessing support via a mobile device?

Still no answer from Evernote after 5 days.

If any of you have a contact there, I'd be grateful if you'd pass the word on. 

This can't be serious.
