I cannot create a ticket with Evernote! I logged into help and Learning 1000 times

Recommended Posts

I am thinking maybe after many many many years I should ditch Evernote. I cannot find a way to create a support  ticket.  I logged into help and learning and contact us on every browser and 3 different devices over several days/weeks.  Every time it shoots me back to login. I see the notice they are working on their support however, I cannot even create the ticket!  I have thousands of notes.  1st I need to know how to export all several thousand in case this is the end for me and evernote.  I will not use a product that is not supported.  The prices have skyrocketed and no support ?

The easiest way to get around login problems is to use the support option in a mobile client. It avoids the website.

If you have a login problem on the help page, it is most likely caused by something cached in your browser. Alternatively it can be on your network, like a firewall or a general ad blocker (Pi Hole or similar). The help pages are working from my experience - unless blocked.

The help and learning areas had a service outage a few days ago which might account for recent challenges but not for weeks.

I've not had noticed any problems but haven't tried to contact support for a week or two.

I tried all these solutions. I will try again today.!! I will turn off VPN and clear cache etc.....

I did find that page on help and learning and it sent me to evernote web logging in over and over. I tried my mobile device= we encountered an error.

This looks a lot like a network issue.

Tried yet to switch the mobile device to a mobile network (not WiFi) and send the ticket from there ?

I have tried the mobile client, the desktop web client on many browsers and 3 different devices: I cannot stay with a tool that costs me so much money and there is NO DIRECT way to contact support ! So frustrated... I have thousands of notes... and many many years as a loyal customer Oh and I tried turning off vpn etc etc

Nobody from the outside can troubleshoot your own local network.

You can send a ticket from your mobile client using a mobile network. This IS a direct way to contact support. They send an email and come back to you.

The only downside at the moment is a long reaction time of 10 days and up.

BTW you repetitively mention you want to issue a ticket - but you never mentioned WHY.

Just tried, sending a ticket works for me both through the website and by the mobile app (which avoids the website).

If you have problems with opening the support pages, you have a local problem, and there is not much we can do about it.

Either it is on your network - in this case change the network, for example by moving to a public WiFi, setting up a personal hotspot with your phone or going to mobile data using the mobile client. Or it is on your devices, which is not very likely if several devices are having trouble.

Thank you for testing. I will try again today .. good reason to treat myself to coffee.

i have the same issue. i opened a ticket 12 days ago - and they literally just ignore me! and now there seems to be no way to open a ticket at all - there's just zero support. i have no idea what to do, apart from leave the app and find an alternative.

Ticket response times are still of the order of 14 days. You can always add to your tickets at https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests

That is the link that I have tried so many times I cannot count from many devices and web browsers. It just takes me back to the login over and over. I also tried creating a ticket on my phone Cell service only with vpn etc all turned off : error.  Then on cell phone I tried turning off cell service and just using their public wifi same result.  As I said before I am a very long time paying customer.
