charleyo 4
I am on Windows 11 with the latest updates as well as Evernote. The extension is my lifeline and has been down since early morning. 1st question is, how do I report an issue, or is this it for Evernote? 2nd question is whether anyone else is having the same issue I have deleted the extension and reloaded it with no luck. Evernote Expert agsteele 2,952 Posted October 4, 2023 Evernote Expert Share Posted October 4, 2023 Which extension are you referring to? By now, though, you may discovered things are working again. There has been a service outage for the early part of today. Link to comment
Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 3,971 Posted October 4, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted October 4, 2023 If this is about the Web clipper, I just experienced it not working also, and then a minute ago it started working again. Hopefully OK on your end also. Link to comment
Lynnied 1
The Evernote web clipper on Chrome isn't working for me either. I updated Chrome, removed and reinstalled the web clipper extension, restarted my computer (Mac Mini M1), and restarted Chrome, and still no luck. Perhaps this is related to the outage this morning, but I wonder if there are any more tips. Link to comment
Lynnied 1
I needed to add Evernote ( or readd it) to the allowed sites under the pop-up settings in Chrome. Maybe this will help someone else. Link to comment
Lounge Daddy 4
Same. The webclipper is acting very buggy. It keeps prompting to log in, and won't clip. It's been useless all day. Also: After having given up using the clipper, when I've moved on to some other webpage it will suddenly load the clip screen LOL. This makes it extra annoying. As the OP said, I've also logged out / logged back in to Evernote, closed and reopened the web browser, un-installed and reinstalled the plug in, etc. It's not helped at all. I'm hoping this is fixed soon. Link to comment
RadioPhil 6
Same issue here all day. Worked a couple times, mostly the clipper icon (in Chrome) does nothing when clicked. Link to comment
Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 3,971 Posted October 5, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted October 5, 2023 For information, the Web Clipper was indeed out of service on 4 October, but is working fine again. Link to comment
