Unable to create new note

I am unable to create a new note in the Mac desktop app. I have updated to the latest version. (MacBook Pro 2017 Ventura 13.4). What can I do?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Even restarting your computer may help.

I don't remember the program that is recommended for Mac users. On Windows we recommend Revo Uninstaller which completely cleans out the old sometimes damaged program files.

Appcleaner is the suggested Mac equivalent,  though I believe there are others...

I would stick with AppCleaner, we know it does the job.

Hint: Even if the client is up to date (10.62.2 at the moment), the version 13.4 of Ventura is not.

• Which exact version of Evernote are you actually using though? (People often think they are on the latest version when they are not.)
• Also are you running in the web or the Desktop version?
• Are you on a free or subscription?
• If on free, have you maxed out your monthly upload limit or have you exceeded the number of allowed devices?
