If this still doesn't work for you then, as mentioned above, try your mobile device: Settings - Support - Submit a support request. Link to comment

Between this issue, the random deleting of notes, and now new messages won't load in a new window, I've lost faith that important content won't end up disappearing with no recourse. More than anything, the fact that there's no way to access any kind of customer service makes me feel totally helpless. I don't need all the bells and whistles that come along with subscription -- I've been a faithful user and evangelist for years, and I think this, sadly, is the distasteful end. Link to comment
