Permissions lost You no longer have access to xxx notebook.

I've been getting "Permission lost" errors accessing or searching certain notebooks.   Currently running Mac Evernote:

10.59.5-mac-ddl-public (5236)
Editor: v174.13.3
Service: v1.70.3

Hi.  Please search before posting because there are dozens of posts about this.  Download the latest version 10.60 from Evernote which already fixed it.

This is the problem I've always had with EN... why is it so difficult to reach support?

It requires you to log in like you do on the web, but you should see this screen after logging in.  If this still doesn't work for you then, as mentioned above, try your mobile device: Settings - Support - Submit a support request.

Has there been any update on this? I'm having the same issue and can't for the life of me find a place to submit a request. I've tried all the suggestions above.

If you are on Free, you can‘t submit a ticket on technical issues.

This is restricted to subscribers. Free users can access Account and Payment&Billing ticket types.

Seriously think I'm done with EN. Between this issue, the random deleting of notes, and now new messages won't load in a new window, I've lost faith that important content won't end up disappearing with no recourse. More than anything, the fact that there's no way to access any kind of customer service makes me feel totally helpless. I don't need all the bells and whistles that come along with subscription -- I've been a faithful user and evangelist for years, and I think this, sadly, is the distasteful end.

The issue was solved. Update the client, current is 10.62.2.

Beside this, there never was really any access problem. It was just a malfunction of the filter’s function.
