Can't add images

Hi, just recently when I click the plus button and choose image, nothing happens. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks

Have you tried "Add attachment" yet, and add the picture through this route ?

Welcome to the forums. There's already at least one thread going on this, take a look. Many of us (maybe all of us) are seeing this. So far the workaround is as advised above, use the Add Attachment button instead.

Same issue. I push + button, click "image" and nothing happens. This worked for years and I use it all the time! Why isn't it wining now? We shouldn't have to use a work around.

Please go to the original thread reporting on this, where a user has posted the reply they got from Evernote Support. Evernote are the ones who will have to fix this, and they are working on it.

Too many problems with Evernote. If I use attachment the pictures are saved like files and cannot be open.

I recently update and pay for a new version and I realised that the money spend extra doesn't help at all.

I may be wrong but I don't think Evernote supports HEIC images.

For sure they support JPG, PNG and GIF. WEBM and HEIC are not supported as embedded preview. On iOS a HEIC picture will show as attachment only, but will open with a tab on the picture. No idea on Android.
