I have same problem. Im using Evernote on Android phone. Some of my notes are very long and it's a royal pain to scroll to the top! Please fix! -

Same issue. I push + button, click "image" and nothing happens. This worked for years and I use it all the time! Why isn't it wining now? We shouldn't have to use a work around.
