shekala 58
I just started using the Evernote Gmail add on and it appears that attachments to an email are not brought into Evernote when saving an email via the Add On. Am I missing something or is including an attachment simply not a function of the Add On? If it isn't, seems like the functionality is very limited as most emails I want to save have attachments. Thanks for your help in advance! David Link to comment
Paul A. 673
It should save attachments, at least it has for me in the past. I haven't used it recently, perhaps something has changed or broken. Try support if you're on a paid plan. Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,055 Posted March 7, 2023 Evernote Expert Share Posted March 7, 2023 I really never use the Gmail add-on. If it isn't working I"d disconnect/uninstall then try again. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,020 Posted March 7, 2023 Level 5* Share Posted March 7, 2023 Hi. I've used the Gmail add-on (though if you check your Gmail in a browser you can also use Clipper) and I seem to recall that Settings (the three dots menu) offer the option to include attachments. These days I use Outlook to imap my Gmail accounts. Link to comment
