Hi.  And Hmmn.  Not seen this sort of error before...  So.  Evernote has a 10.41 edition for Windows,  so I'd suggest you uninstall your existing one,  preferably using Revo Uninstaller Free (it uninstalls the files that other uninstallers do not...) and download the new version from Evernote.com.

@superada77 Are you running Windows 7? The latest version of Evernote doesn't run with Win 7 and generates this error.

As discussed at length in these threads, and maybe others:

Mine works fine now -after temporarily turning off virus and threat protection in windows security.

I only did sad emoji on your post because :o is not an option. Win7 is no longer updated for security. Turning off virus and threat protection (for whatever they're worth), you might as well search online for "make my computer a bot distributing illegal materials" and follow instructions.

I turned it back on immediately after installation and i should have mentioned my issues were on win10🤷

Ah. My bad, actually, for making an assumption. A very similar error is showing up when people try to run the latest v. 10 in Windows 7 (which is not supported anyway), as discussed in those threads I linked to. So perhaps there is a real issue here, maybe something gone wrong in the Electron framework. If you haven't yet, it would be a good idea to report it to Evernote support.
