rococo 0
Signed into EN-web and had notes on dashboard. Tried to open and everything went away. Notes. Notebooks. Everything. Now I can't even log in anymore. What's going on? Link to comment

rococo 0
Yes I am a light "free" user. Would that matter to data stability? Link to comment

They might be asking more because it could be that you are experiencing that issue because you have exceeded the device limit of 2 for the free accounts. Sometimes (often?), there isn't good error messaging that that is the reason things aren't working -- because the device limit has been exceeded. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/218558068-Understanding-the-device-limit You can go to your account info and see which devices it thinks you are using: 1 Link to comment

Check the trash can and also check you're logged in with the correct account. When you're logged into the web then check your name at the top left and see if the login is correct. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,823 Posted March 15, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted March 15, 2022 The most likely reason is you have exceeded your device limit (see above). The other possibility is that you misspelled your user name. This leads (too easily) to the creation of a new, empty account. So retry, making sure there are no typos. If it won’t let you in, check the devices count. And Free or subscriber, unless you actively erase your account, your data is safe. Link to comment
