Request: Export options in Version 10 for HTML, Notebooks, Tags, Dates

Currently, the Version 10 product only supports export in .enex format

Please add the option for .html format; a separate file for each note
edit: .html export option has been implemented
Also maintain Notebook and Tag data by using the OS folder/tags
Also maintain creation/modification dates using the OS fields

Currently, selection is restricted to 50 notes or a notebook
We should be able to select any number of notes, or the entire database

As @gazumped posted, the Legacy version still supports html export
We've been using separate exports to preserve notebook structure

Hello,

First point: Export to html, it was, now it is not, why? We have become dependent on the platform, less flexible, only ENEX and end? something like the Wix editor?

Second point: Structure export and import, i can not export tree notes and import, everything is as defualt note, so weak ... before version was more parctise

If You add noramal export/import i will buy a PREMIUM, rest of things is quiet really good, i wait for anwser from product people, and what is opinion from rest o customer? This is kind of blocker - "YOU CANNOT MOVE / BACKUP YOUR NOTES EVERWHERE, YOUR ARE NOT INDEPENDET" ---> i suggest change a thinking

Hi.  The previous version of Evernote still exists with all its import and export features.  You can install it alongside the new version and use both (though not at the same time).  The new version will have more options as it is upgraded over the coming weeks.

HTML export (which is the one option in v10 that is missing from legacy) is on the backlog, no release date.

The difference is that ENEX will write all selected notes into one file, HTML exports one file per note. Many other note applications can import ENEX. If the import looks good and shows everything depends on the importing app.

hierarchy of notebooks and stacks is preserved

Evernote export excludes any notebook information
To preserve notebook/stack assignment, we have to do separate exports for each stack/notebook

For note organization, I use Tags
Tag information is preserved in the export, but not hierarchy
(I reflect the hierarchy in the tagname)

Export by stack would suffice, even without tagging notebooks.  With 5 stacks and 100+ notebooks and 2000+ notes, I simply cant export by notebook.  Only workaround I can think would be to tag each note with the notebook title, drag them all into a new notebook for export, export, and then either drag them all back yourself or possibly ues note history.  Again, a lot of work.

Using tags for organization is a good practice
I roll with  basically a single notebook
It's easy to export/import
