(Archived) Can we start a petition to bring back the previous version of Evernote for IOS?

For me, just about everything is wrong with the IOS7 version of Evernote. It starts with the new horrible green colour and gets worse with the various 'feature changes'.  And don't get me started on the notebook camera changes....   

 

I much preferred the previous 'all new' version of just a few months ago.

 

Can we start a petition to bring it back?

You can, but Evernote CEO Phil Libin has already proclaimed it to be the best work they have ever done.

 

We proclaimed loudly about the UI changes for EN Mac and EN iOS Ver 5, but to no avail.

There have been & probably always will be complaints about each incarnation.  This is not isolated to Evernote but pretty much for everything, IME.  As the saying goes, you can't please everyone.

I'd be satisfied to have a choice of color schemes. This low-contrast green-on-green, faded-green-on-white, and gray-on-white is darn near unusable for me.

 

I used to brag about and demo Evernote every chance I got.

Now they're chasing me away with this update.

I'm not terribly keen on bringing back the previous version. I do think this is the best Evernote version yet for iOS. It needs some work (as I mentioned in another thread), but I think the overall design is well done.

Heh, imagine all of the different perspectives in a user base as large as Evernote's. I was not particularly fond of the previous new version...at least until the snippet view was added. However, I think the new IOS7 version is great!
