Limit of 10k on V10? I'm at 13.5k on V10 across Mac, web and Android and there's been no issues. I did have to go and select to activate it on web taking into consideration that I had more than 10k but no noticeable difference at this point.

That's great, thanks @DTLow, I'll give that a go. On a different note (pun definitely not intended), I asked a different (but related) question elsewhere about number of notes in your account resulting in (or not resulting in) a slow down in the system. Do you have 20k+ (or know of others who have) notes in your account & if so, have you noticed any decrease in performance? Context: I've been building my zettelkasten in Scrivener but have decided to pull everything into one tool (hence trying to pull rtf notes in). The zettelkasten method will result in plenty of small notes so I can imagine getting to 50k+ in the future (I'm at 13k at the moment).

Has anyone here hit the 50,000+ note mark? Have you noticed any changes in Evernote's performance as your number of notes reaches higher levels?

@DTLow My intention is to import well over a hundred rtf files into EN so that, unfortunately, would be a colossal pain in the ass. Is there any other format that can be imported into EN such that the text of the files become the text of the note? If so maybe there's a Cloudconvert workaround.

I've searched high and low but can't find any answers on whether it's possible to import multiple rich text files into Evernote (as fully-populated text notes, not as attachments) in Mac desktop V10+ Is there a way to do it? Share to and Open with just make multiple notes with individual attachments.

@Shane D. is the team aware of this? The Helper is currently unusable.

Are you guys no longer in the business of apologising for major failures, errors and inconveniences to customers, free and paying? This is kind of a big deal - and while a notification of something going wrong is fine (it's self-evident when you can't log in) I'm a bit concerned that you guys think just letting users know is sufficient. Why did it happen? What are you doing to ensure it doesn't happen again?

I see the utility in both approaches. Ultimately when you want to make a note of something, it's very likely that most people want to just crack on and write the stuff down/start recording/drawing etc. Preferences option for sure.

One feature that would make a HUGE impact on the value of Evernote is richer tables - in the style of Airtable and, now, Nimbus Note. This richer functionality would make it possible to do so much more with tables, including things like running a much more powerful editorial calendar. Key features: Cell types such as Single select Date (enabling sorting) Assigned person Rating (enabling sorting) Progress in % (enabling sorting) Numbers (that enable sorting by value) Sorting options for the above

I endorse this message. I have no idea why this was introduced. There were no performance issues with the original helper so that's not a legitimate reason for introducing a character limit.

Bringing this one back to life - it's worth taking a look at Nimbus Note again - my interest though is more in the Evernote team seeing some of the things the Nimbus team have put together, which I would LOVE to see in Evernote as the new versions continue to advance: Link preview option (a 'rich' card showing what the site is) Nested, collapsible lists (for the love of all that is holy) Live collaboration (they've managed to pull it off - if EN is going to offer a business product, not being able to edit a note collaboratively and have to deal with duplicate notes/sync conflicts constantly is an ENormous (see what I did there ⭐️) pain in the proverbial. The web clipper has some great options like scrolling screengrab Loom-style video recorder (nice to have) AND the main event (for me)... database-style tables (Airtable-esque) including dates, single and multiselect, sorting etc. This would be HUGE for me in terms of running editorial calendars etc in one place. I'm not the hugest fan of the 'blocks' thinking that seems to be a part of all text editors now (Coda, Notion, Gutenberg, Nimbus - others I'm sure) but I DO like the way it allows you to drag things around and make different layouts. My concern with that is always that it's likely to be heavy and make things slow but Nimbus doesn't seem to suffer from that problem.

+1000 on custom fonts. I assume this is something that'll be rolled out over time but it's an important feature. I have more font choices in Evernote's forum than I do in the Evernote app right now 😐

Under 'manage betas' in Evernote Business admin console. They're touting it as a reason to manage all of your workflows in one place.

I've just seen that boards will be released in Evernote Business soon. Anyone here have any idea what that'll look like/how it'll be implemented? Should we be experiencing Trello in Evernote?

As an equally devoted Premium subscriber, there is no single feature I NEED more than a toggle list feature. Coda has it, Notion has it, Dropbox Paper has it. It is an ESSENTIAL feature if you're working with lengthy text documents. Surely you guys can see how important it is. It'll also improve performance, which I assume is a high priority for you. @Shane D. by the amount of scrolling it took for me to get to the bottom of this thread, it's pretty clear that this is a MAJOR deal for many Evernote users - and has been since 2011. Justin Bieber was only just born in 2011 (I imagine). Can you give an update on this?

The 'toggle list' option in Notion is an absolute game changer and a feature addition which, based on the new list improvements in the web beta, I imagine wouldn't be too difficult to implement in Evernote. In terms of the use case(s) the most recent one is my Evernote blog template. In Evernote it consists of a lengthy table filled with bullets and checkboxes. In Notion, using toggle lists I'm currently building it to take up less than a page. I can then expand only the relevant sections while writing the post. I really don't want to have to expand my toolbox when Evernote already covers most of the bases but this is one (relatively) quick addition that would make a huge difference.
