Please forget the desktop version. It's clear to me that you can't compare it to mobile. But in earlier versions of Evernote Android you could clip entire web articles, which apparently no longer works with the new EN version, no matter what browser I use (Firefox or Chrome) and no matter what website it is. I did it exactly as you described with 1-5, and yes, I wait until the clipping pop-up is ready with saving. And in fact it has been saved, that is not the problem. But I see only the link to the website and a short text snippet - not the entire post. By the way: it is the same issue with my Samsung Galaxy S7 tablet and Android 11 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Android 10. Both are different devices with different Android, but both use the latest Evernote Android version from Google PlayStore! So I think it has something to do with the Evernote Android itself. Hi, is it normal, that web clipping on Android with Firefox or Chrome browser Evernote only saves a link and not the whole web page/post? In the former Android versions (legacy) and at Evernote Desktop I can clip a whole web page or post and so I need it at Android. This happens no matter what website or blog post I try to clip. How can I web clip a whole blog post or web page and not only a link as you can see it in the screenshot? FYI Response from support today, Feb 10: "Please note that our development team is aware of the issue and is now working on a fix." Let's see how long they will need this time for the fix...

Here the answer from support right now: Clear cache and storage of EN in device settings - apps - Evernote - storage, then un- and reinstall app. That's exactly what I did yesterday, that's exactly what I wrote to support yesterday. they just don't read the mails properly, and they artificially lengthen the requests, and suggest solutions to me that I've already done and told them, that it still didn't work. It's just annoying when people just don't read what you write to them and only answer in ready-made text modules.🤬 (Yes I have told this to them right now, too!)

I have first just cleared storage and cache in the device settings for EN, then uninstalled and reinstalled it, no success. I am not a free member, I have Personal (ex Premium). The support already has got my activity protocol. But my experiences with the support are bad, often there only answer is to un- and reinstall, but this mostly hasn't solved any issues from me in the past. That's why I ask here ...

No, with v10.26 this is not solved, have the same error: tried to clip a web page with Firefox and Chrome on Android 12, Evernote V10.26 I see the clipping dialogue in Evernote, a message, that it is clipped, but nothing appears in Evernote. Tried it several times, waiting several hours, the clips didn't appear in Evernote, neither in the app nor in web account. Is this issue still not solved by Evernote? Jan. 14, 2022 Thumbnail preview of notes are working, but opening the note, the image is not "rendered properly". Yes, it is a JPG. (Evernote 10.24, Android 12, Samsung Galaxy Tab S7) ---------------------------------------- UPDATE: For the moment it seems that I managed to fix it: On Android go to settings of your device, then go to "Apps" and search for Evernote. Then click on Storage and at the very bottom is "Clear Cache". Click on it and restart your device mand Evernote. Now these missing images are rendered properly. I doesn't understand your comment, it doesn't help here at all! This is a topic in the Android forum! It is a feature request for Android! And at Android that does NOT work!

I often do not have an computer with Evernote Desktop on hand. And you cannot access Evernote in an Android mobile browser! "Evernote web is not supported by Android Browsers"

In former Evernote versions the URL of a note in "note information" could be edited: either the URL could be deleted or an URL could be added at note's information. This ist important, because if you add snippets etc. from a website for example, then a note's information contains that URL, but you don't want the note to contain an URL at all. Or, other case: you would like to add an URL to an existing note's information. Currently you can do nothing with a note's information: nothing can be added, nothing can be deleted there like it was possible in Evernote 6. Please make this feature available again. Thanks

It is so very annoying with the performance of the new Evernote: Today I made a comparison between Evernote legacy and Evernote 10.18, both on Android 11 devices. Evernote legacy: has a button for manual sync I have synced 3 notes that I sent from one device to another in Evernote, both with EN legacy. sync lasts 20 seconds! Evernote 10.18: Manual sync only via settings I have synced 3 notes that I sent from one device to another in Evernote, both with EN 10.18. The notes are the same with the same size as in the test on EN legacy devices. I forced the sync via settings -> sync now. sync lasts 5 minutes, the loading icon is spinning and spinning and spinning super slow. 5 minutes! Seriously? This is absolutely not tolerable! One cannot work properly and seriously that way!

The bulk delete of notes was possible - and very useful - at Evernote 6.x/legacy. I have not always access to my Windows desktop client, so it would really make sense to add this feature again to the new Evernote.

I am on Android and there it does not work in your described way.

I have 433 notebooks. I would like to have some of them as offline notebooks. Logically this list is very long when trying to scroll in the pop-up to choose those notebooks that I want to have as offline notebook. It would be helpful to have a search icon/function in the pop-up, to search for the name of a notebook, that I would like to choose and mark as a offline nnotebook Thanks

Hi, I have 433 notebooks. I would like to have some of them as offline notebooks. But I can not choose them: 1. When I scroll through the list of 433 notebooks in the pop-up, suddenly the list gets empty while scrolling (screenshot 1). 2. When I try to choose some of the notebooks as offline notebooks from this list, I cannot achieve to get notebooks with names starting for example with "A", because the list of "Offline notebooks" starts in a reverse order Z-A (screenshot 2) and: 3. there is no option to SEARCH in the list of 433 notebooks for those I would like to mark as offline notebook. (Android 11, Samsung S7 tablet, Evernote 10.17, Evernote Personal plan)

Hi, I want to change the sorting within a notebook to sort by TITLE. I choose this option in the pop-up (see screenshot) ... and now what??? The sorting does not work and/or there is no button or whatever to CONFIRM this change of setting. Just closing this pop-up does not change it to sort by title.

Please add bulk delete of notes in the list view of all notes like in the older Evernote 6.x at Android. In older Evernote you could mark several notes in the notes list to delete them. I don't always like to switch to Windows desktop Evernote to do this.

Ist there any update on this issue? Since probably 2 or 3 months e-mails sent to my Evernote mail address don't appear in my Evernote. I am Premium/Personal user and it makes no difference if I use Evernote 6 on a device or Evernote 10. Mail address have been resetted. I sent emails from my own domain(s), not from freemailer. My hoster is a reliable, well-known hoster here in Germany (All-Inkl.com). Do you get it to work? Thanks.

Hi, isn't there a bulk delete of notes in the list view of all notes? I tried to mark several notes, but it does not work. I can only mark/choose one note. In Evernote 6.x I could mark several notes in the list of all notes and delete them all together with one click. Android 11, Samsung tablet, Evernote 10.16

Hi, it would be great to have the option to change the calendar format as 24h format instead only 12-hour, and week start on Monday instead only on Sunday. In many countries the week starts usually on Monday, especially the business week. And we have here in Germany for example a 24h clock format, not 12h. Thanks
