I've got an answer right now to my support ticket. Here is the answer: I sincerely apologize for the delay in releasing the fixed version of Evernote for Android and any inconvenience it may have caused. Your patience is greatly appreciated. The update of 10.52 is now available. Simply open the Play Store on your Android device, search for "Evernote," and install the latest version. Please note that the update will be released gradually, so if you don't see it immediately, it will become available shortly. Our team is working diligently to make version 10.52 fully accessible to all users before July 19th, 2023.

1. The JPG on my phone gallery as mentioned above are not browser content -> does not work to send them to Evernote. 2. Opening and editing existing notes not possible, the loading icon is spinning endlessly 3. You obviously don't read carefully: we all had already opened support tickets, so did I! 4. I repeatedly said, that a re-install does only work for a short time, so did the clearing of app's cache etc. 5. I posted what support said: nothing helpful, only that they forward it to dev team.

uh no, nothing is fixed. and Evernote increased the price from 59 EUR to 100 EUR. FOR WHAT? THAT'S why I find it unacceptable when even the feature I subscribed to Evernote for doesn't work: I want to create notes, edit existing notes - not possible currently with Android app! I want to clip ideas, websites, posts, images on the go - not possible with Android app! I don't pay 100 EUR for sharing whatever with Google or E-Mail 🤦🏻♀️

On the Google Play Store, the bad ratings regarding this problem now go back as far as 4 weeks. Didn't Bending Spoons understand that the core feature we subscribed to Evernote which is now a serious problem? i.e. taking notes and clipping to Evernote! Bending Spoons, you can safely put your frills with AI etc. on the heap, there are more important things to do!

Meanwhile I get my Android Evernote to work only for 1 clipping, no matter if it's an image/screenshot or a website, when I cleared the app's cache. Then it fails again. But: I have found my "perfect" workaround: sending everything to my Evernote e-mail adress. At the Evernote desktop I only need to clip websites again since in the e-mail is only link. It works with this temporary hack, but Evernote should really hurry up! I pay a lot of money for that s*hit that it is in the moment !!! 🤬 🠠 when can we finally expect a fix??? @Nick L.

Today I got another answer from another one from support. The answer is: "I apologize for the trouble and poor experience as this is not expected behavior. The issue has been reported to our development team, and it will be resolved in an upcoming update." I hope they'll hurry up, I can not work like that 😞

I just noticed: if I want to clip a website or a JPG from my phone gallery and the red screen appears, then I go directly to the EVERNOTE app and then it is empty: you can see the notes in the preview list, but by clicking on a note, you can see a loading icon that spins forever. If you go to the list of notebooks, it is empty. Then I go to the settings of my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23, Android 13) - Apps -> Evernote and clear there the cache. Then my notebooks are back for the moment. As soon as I want to clip something again, the story starts again. I think they just can't get a handle on the annoying sync problem! But the prices increase drastically! I'm so upset!

Currently I got an answer from support: Quote: "I'm transferring this ticket to our technical support team who will continue to assist you. Please know that they are working on your case and will reply after they've had the opportunity to review the information you've provided. Thank you for your patience in the matter." So far not very helpful as always.

Same here: - sharing a JPG from gallery of my Android 13 devices (phone & tablet) - sharing website from Firefox or Chrome browser on Android 13 devices Then for a very short moment a red background appears, too short to read everything, I can only see something saying like "oops something went wrong" Re-installing Evernote helps for the next first clipping Website or sharing image from phone gallery to Evernote, but then this fails again. Then I tried clearing cache in Evernote app's settings, same: helps only for one time.

Backlinks completely wrong
BEHA replied to BEHA's topic in Evernote for Android Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
Oh yes, my fault, you are right ... in that way everything is right ... I have misunderstood this, thank you. What I still not understand: what is then the sense of backlinks in this way? -
Hi, I have a note linked to 3 other notes. But when I click on the backlink label on top of the note, there are 2 mistakes: - my note has THREE, not two backlinks. - When I open the backlink label, it shows two note links that do not exist in this note. Yes, my 3 note links in this note are valid and working. See screenshot: - Red is the backlink label with wrong count of backlinks - Blue are my 3 linked notes - Green are the wrong notes when clicking on the backlink label Is this a bug, has anyone the same problem? I'm using Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 with Android 13 and the latest Evernote from Google PlayStore.

Hi, how can I change the circle in front of a task item from that "girlie" pink to something "professional" like simply black? I use the latest Evernote app on Android device. Thank you.

Thank you! I got it working now: Posts are now clipped complete with Firefox and Chrome at Android: I cleared the cache of Firefox, deleted the data as well, and cleared the cache of the Evernote Android App, too --> worked! Then I checked it with Chrome where I haven't cleared the cache --> worked, too. So the problem seems to be solved by clearing the cache of the Evernote app. Now it works. Thanks for your input!
