Today I got message from support, that this issue is solved with latest version (app freezes when trying to add a sketch or create a sketch note with S-Pen on Samsung devices): NO, IT IS NOT RESOLVED with latest version which is 10.57.2 at Google Play Store. Tried it again with Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+, both use S-Pen, latest Android 13, latest Evernote 10.57.2, Personal Plan.

Have the same problem exactly as you described. My setting: - Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ - Android 13 - S-Pen - Evernote 10.57.2 - Personal Plan Contacted the support and the answer is the newest variant of impertinence concerning paid customers.🤬

What has the support answered to your ticket concerning this? And by the way, you are here in the Android forum.

We are here on Android, and there is NO WEB CLIPPER EXTENSION 🙄 Besides that, the problem is already solved, it was an issue with V10 57.1!

Yes, I understand you, but you can safely update to v10.57.2, the clipping aka sharing content to the Android Evernote app is with this version working again. Currently I see no other issues except of the super slow syncing, but this is since months 🙄

Currently at this moment an Evernote update is available in Google PlayStore: v10.57.2 I tested it and now clipping (aka sharing content 🙄) to Evernote is working again. So the problem was V10.57.1

Their answer, which you don't know by the way, said that I should restart a computer. But my problem is about Android and I had already taken steps that went far beyond what they wrote. As I said know for several times, see my initial post: I do have un- and reinstalled Evernote. So probably you should wait updating your Evernote Android App to 10.57.1, because since this version clipping aka sharing content to Evernote does not work anymore. With 10.57 it had worked for me!

When I say latest then I mean latest: latest version you can get TODAY from Google Playstore: 10.57.1 And I told in my initial post: Android 13 and reinstall yes!

Maybe my English is not that good, and yes: I mean the usual way of "sharing" content on ANDROID to the Evernote app: no clipping popup appears as it usually does! Sharing to Evernote does not work with Firefox, with Chrome and does not work to share a simple JPG of the device gallery to Evernote. Sharing in general is working, but not sharing to the Evernote app.

Hello, since the last Evernote update, the web clipper no longer works: Regardless of whether you want to share a website with the Firefox or Chrome browser to Evernote or a JPG from the device gallery, the clipping popup does not appear and nothing is clipped. What I have tried: I logged out of the app, cleared cache & data, tried again, the error remained. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the app, clipping still doesn't work (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Android 13, latest Evernote app, personal plan) Has anyone of you this problem, too? Is there a reputable source to download old Evernote Android versions?

10.52.1 is the version from July 12 that fixed the red screen bug (at Playstore Germany since July 19). It fixed the red screen bug, but not the white screen bug. There is still no other version as 10.52.1 available

It's a users help users forum, you need to add a support ticket so that Evernote staff is aware of this issue

Interestingly I had the red screen bug but not the white screen bug: Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra. If I'm reading along here: have you all set up a fingerprint or PIN specifically for Evernote? For example, I don't have that. And: I know this white screen problem from other apps that are secured with a PIN, because a login forwarding in the app didn't work well - just as a thought... Have you ever tried reinstalling the Evernote app but WITHOUT a PIN or fingerprint?

I don't have this problem on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 13), the red screen issue was solved with 10.52.1 update. This white screen issue doesn't occur at my phone, but what is worth a try: Go to settings -> apps -> Evernote -> and clear there the cache and/or data. If this doesn't help, I would re-install the app. This procedure often helped me (but not with the reds screen issue, but this was solved with the latest Playstore Update)

Just got the latest update 10.52.1 and I can confirm, that clipping websites from Android Firefox browser works again as well as clipping JPGs from my phone's gallery. Opening and editing existing notes works again as well as creating new notes. So far it seems to work again on Android 13.

How have you backed up this APK and where is it from? I don't see a way to save the installation "file" from Google Play Store of recent update version.

Yes, that relates to the same problem with the red screen issue. I have this red screen when I try to clip images from phone's gallery OR clipping websites and in addition I can't open a note and I can't create a note and I can't edit an existing note. Support said that they are aware of this issue and that this will be fixed with the next update. Re-installing doesn't solve this issue! If I want to clip something I send this to my Evernote email address, this works. Editing and creating notes works only at my Windows computer, not any Android device. So we have to wait for the announced update. Currently I still don't have a new version in Google Play Store.
