JerrySNB 6 Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 I'm not sure how to reproduce this problem, because the only page that's thrown the error is a purchase receipt. I realize that doesn't give us much to go on. The full page clipped just fine. I'm using Firefox 38.0.1. I included a screen shot of the error message, and a PDF of the note that came from clipping the full pageFullPage.pdf. Link to comment

Workaround - I think Clearly still works for adding to EN, and looks a lot like Simplified article. EDIT: Firefox is where I had the issue. Just tried Chrome and it appears to be working fine. Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted May 29, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted May 29, 2015 Unfortunately, Evernote has been struggling to provide a reliable, robust, well-behaved clipper for FireFox for well over a year now.On the Mac, I have found the EN Clipper works well in both Chrome and Safari, but not so much in FireFox.
