Time format

Quick note saved in Inbox with rediculous time 0:31PM. Can someone please fix it preferably 12:31 as an equivalent of 12:31PM

macOS 13.6.2.

Hi.  AFAIK the app only follows the time settings of the device.

It would be nice if it did. But in fact it doesn't - this is the result of a QuickNote typed into the EN helper in the menu bar, and then converted into a note. It automatically places date and time into the title field (1 & 2), and always (?) uses the US time formatting. The created (3) and changed date (4) follow my Central European setting:

My device settings was 12:31 (24hrs clock) equivalent of 12:31PM. 0:31PM does not exist. It is nonsens.

That`s spooky hour, EN time - LOL (can confirm the QuickNote is changing 12.11PM to 0.11PM when creating a regular note. I waited long enough with my response to try myself - we just passed noon here).

The same issue has, in the past, been present in the calendar widget. Event times showed 0.xxpm. Perhaps they still do. It is definitely idiosyncratic but I can live with it so I focus on other challenges which seem, for me, to be more important.
