Notes on web only showing through 8/29 - on android fine

I was adding in notes yesterday on the web client, same laptop.  I go back in today and I only see notes through 8/29.
Thankfully they are there on my android app.

What's going on.

Hi.  Are you saying that notes you added over the last two months have disappeared from your laptop web client?  That should be impossible,  because the web server holds the parent copy of your notes.  If you are not seeing them in the web client,  they should not be present on your mobile,  because mobiles do not default to having notes in local storage - they refer back to the web server,  and you already saw what notes it holds in the browser version.

If you go to this web page - https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action - what web version does it show (see the middle of the page)?  The new version?  If you have choices try changing to a different web version.

There are two switches in account settings that enable / disable certain functions. Check this and if necessary set it to the new versions:

Page one: Evernote Web must be on the new editor

Page two: Web Client must have v10+ client checked

Good advice. But also look at the thread below. There are several reports of something that sounds similar:

Going back to the old version as described above WORKED.

Please take a look at this thread, and the Evernote blog post linked there. Possibly Evernote's complete transformation of how the Web client synced caused these problems while the transition was happening.
