Even though I was using personal plan, I accidentally made more professional plan payment.
So I made an inquiry to refund 1 item, but I haven't heard back until the 10 days.
Am I the only one who doesn't get the answer?

Refunds often require quick processing. Then is there no choice but to wait?

The only other option is to ask your credit card provider to help. But they will only be able to refund the full payment which will close your Evernote account.
