"Moving Evernote data" window not moveable during the move process.

Moving my data to another drive worked just fine.  However, the "Moving Evernote data" window was not moveable during the moving process. Any particular reason it stays in one spot?

My data copied just fine, which makes me confident in the data transfer.

But during the move the window stayed in one spot on my screen and was unmovable to another spot.  Any one else see this?
